Imperial Hotel

DONT STAY HERE !!!! DIRTY, MOULDY, BUGS!!! This hotel room was quite tragic. We hadn’t checked the reviews and shouldve stayed clear. Location is good. The man at the desk was nice and friendly. After that everything is pretty awful. The hotel was very small which is fine as we know to expect that in hong kong. The state of the room was pretty appalling, dirty, mouldy, grimey and damp. The shower head was a bit broken and would just fall off constantly. The bathroom was covered in mould, had no ventilation, the soap dispenser in the shower also fell off and broken after being used once. The bedroom was soooo dirty and just absolutely tragic. we would joke about having to go back to the “dungeon” to change or drop our things. My bed had a small redish stain, on the last night I think i have gotten bitten by bed bugs. I had a shower at night and had no mosquito bites on my body - in the morning i woke up and instantly felt itchy on my body with three big bites down in a line. I have many bites now on my body, all down one side, i didnt have them before sleeping and have been covered up in clothes and with the duvet, they are not mosquitoe bites All of our belongings felt damp in the room, the walls and ceilings were brown, stained and mouldy, you didn’t even want to look around. No fresh towels or bedding or cleaning during your stay. I really recommend finding somewhere else, this place is a very unpleasant experience and bad for your health. The hotel has failed to take any responsibility of the conditions and the bugs. Really appalling. I think Trip should also not allow such conditions to be so falsely advertised on here, hotels with mould, damp and bugs shouldnt be allowed on this app

Happy trip in HK Hotel very near K11Musea shopping mall Easy to get MTR and airport bus

First of all I would like to say thank you to one of employee here who checked me in that I arrived to hotel approximately 9-10 a.m. but I can check in and access to room immediately. Good location as near by MTR station , shopping etc. but in the room it's very easy to heard the neighbors making noise and the room was not really clean.

Ideal for short stop over stay at TST area. Walking distance to many places of attractions in Tim Sha Tsui Areas. There is a airport bus stop next to the hotel. You can take bus A21 here

Room smells cigarettes and no housekeeping. Advantage is near the bus stop and MTR. Location is very accessible to the shopping malls and tourist spots.

Nice Hotel with a good location, but not enough staff, especially at the check in counter. I spent one hour checking in, and there was only one person at the check in counter. Overall I like this hotel and will come back again

Better place if you want to stay near Tsim Sha Sui
