clean and good location. many places to eat around the hotel.

Location is prime, very easily accessible via MTR and other public transportation. the room is fairly spacious but fixtures and furniture are a bit old .

Looks very good and comfortable ,only problem that you could check in only at 15.00 what is really not good

It may not look like it , but this hotel provides one of the greatest value for money in the area. It costs lower than majority of hotels of its class and provides very large comfortable bed rooms. If you aren’t looking for a luxurious hotel , then this will more than suffices. Far better than brands such as Holiday Inn Express , Ibis, Novotel

Good ambiance, friendly staff.

Great experience. They let me check in early and check out late. They, also, provided me with an adapter when I asked for one and gave me ample water throughout my stay. The internet, also, worked great the whole time. And, as you can see from my picture, the bed was pretty comfortable, too.

Smell of the room was like moisture smell …not felling fresh at all Hair of other person on the floor inside bathroom …. Amenities as been Delevery by a guy after I have done my check in ….. like they forget it … Office chair very old and damaged nothing to do whit the decoration of the room … sofa look here for 5 year not feel even to seat on it …. Definitely will not be back to this suite room I believe that is very poor management and no focus on the product and costumer care Only the location of this hotel is good ……

Very good location. Easily accessible by public transport bus/train. Great selection of restaurants and cafes nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Great value for money.

The hotel is a bit old and the room was a bit smelly (of old furniture) but the location is very good, the people were friendly. overall I had a good stay for the price I paid.

Good hotel on Hennesy Road, near by WanChai metro and MacDonalds: best decision for HKTDC visitors!

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Hong Kong and had a mixed experience. My initial room on the 3rd floor was quite disappointing—it felt worn down, and I found hair from previous guests in the shower. To make matters worse, it was incredibly noisy, as it seemed like double-deck diesel buses were driving right next to my window. However, when I asked for a quieter room, the staff were incredibly accommodating and moved me to a room on the 12th floor. The difference was like night and day—this room was much fresher, cleaner, and far more comfortable. The hotel staff were fantastic throughout my stay, always helpful and attentive, which definitely helped improve my overall experience. Despite the initial hiccup, I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed exploring Hong Kong. Would recommend, just make sure to request a room on a higher floor for a quieter and better experience!

Large, clean room with very comfortable bed. Great location in the centre of Wanchai with easy access to local bars and restaurants, plus the metro is only a few minutes walk for accessing the rest of Hong Kong. Will definitely be staying again.
