First off, the hotel's location is great. It's about a 36 RMB taxi ride from West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, and not far from the subway, so you can get anywhere easily. Plus, there are tons of food options on Parkes Street nearby, making it a good choice for staying in Tsim Sha Tsui. Now for the room environment, which is the main point. The room size isn't comparable to what you'd find on the mainland, but for the same price range in Hong Kong, it's considered quite spacious. We booked a triple room, and it wasn't cramped for three people. There was also plenty of space to open up two suitcases. All the necessary facilities were there, and the hotel even accommodated my request for three beds without a bathtub. The bathroom in this room type is quite large, and the shower stall is wide enough. There's even a stool opposite the toilet, which is very thoughtful for elderly people who can sit down to change after showering. They also provide universal adapters, so you don't need to bring your own, and the Wi-Fi is very smooth. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about, apart from not providing drinking water. It completely exceeded my expectations. I was personally quite satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, and the bedding was comfortable. The staff were also good; there was no discrimination against mainlanders or Mandarin speakers, as some online reviews suggested. If I get the chance to visit Hong Kong again, I'll definitely choose Eaton HK (Langham Hospitality Group).

The location is excellent, with various old shops and eateries right outside. Starbucks and HSBC are immediately to the left of the main entrance. Sister Hua's Clear Soup Brisket, Kai Kai Dessert, and Australia Dairy Company are all within a 400-meter walk. The room is quite small, really only suitable for sleeping, but the service is good – very polite and patient.

This hotel was truly a disappointment, to say the least. I understand that space is a premium in Hong Kong, and that prices during the National Day holiday would definitely double. But for a hotel that cost me 2000 a night, it felt more like a rundown guesthouse. The moment I opened the door, I was completely stunned. I haven't seen a bathroom like that in over a decade; the wet and dry areas were separated by a fabric curtain – I was speechless! The main issue was the severe discrepancy between the online photos and reality. The room looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised online. I immediately rushed down to the lobby, and thankfully, they changed my room. However, even the new room wasn't much better, with cleanliness still being a major concern.

I chose a newly renovated room, but it was still a tiny space in what feels like a hotel from the last century. The overall design of the hotel and the rooms is quite good, with a lot of artistic touches incorporated. I arrived a bit early, so I went out for a walk, but the room still wasn't ready when I got back. They gave me two drink vouchers for the bar on the fourth floor, and the quality of the wine and juice was good. The only issue arose on the second day: the air conditioning wasn't cooling, only blowing natural air. It was too late to call someone to fix it, so I had a stuffy night.

The room's design style and color scheme are very sophisticated and clean. The hardware facilities are of high quality, and the hotel is eco-conscious. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of cuisines, and it's very close to both the metro and bus stations. The hotel doorman can effortlessly switch between multiple languages, and the service attitude is excellent. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The pool and interior were cute. Having a water dispenser on the floor was convenient. Even though we arrived early in the morning (around 9 AM), we were able to check in.

The hotel is very cozy, small but exquisite. I originally booked the squat hotel next door, but the room felt too big and didn't match my preference; I think smaller rooms are cozier.

Very convenient location, with 5min walk to Jordan / Yau Ma Tei MTR. The hotel got sufficient facilities and the room is clean. Foodcourt is nice too.

The first few floors are full of dining and drinking options making the hotel a very lively place.

Pretty good. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few subway stops to Central. It's a bit of a walk from the high-speed rail station, but manageable if you don't have large suitcases. There are also plenty of food options nearby, and it's not as commercial and noisy as Central. The room size was just right, but sometimes you have to wait a while for the elevator to go upstairs. Two large suitcases wouldn't quite fit. The room layout is a bit small, but it was still quite nice.

I've stayed here many times. The location is convenient with easy transportation, and the rooms are clean. There are many restaurants nearby, Wing On Department Store is right across the street, and there's a convenience store and McDonald's. The staff are also very friendly.

Luckily, I arrived at 11:30 AM and there was a vacant room available for immediate check-in. Please note that disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are no longer provided in the rooms. Also, bottled water has been replaced with water dispensers in the hallway, which is quite convenient and more hygienic.

Nice hotel, has been a while since i have visited HK and i remember the last time i stayed at Eaton was many years ago. The location is very convenient and the services from the staffs are terrific. Will be travelling again end of Sept and will be staying there again.
