Great location, nice rooms, after 24 years staying in the hotel where my Asia journey started

Location excellent. Customer service very nice. Housekeeping also good. If carry big luggage have to walk up few staircase from shopping mall entrance. The room is big. 2 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Everything is so perfect.

This hotel wasn't worth the price. The cleanliness is poor, they didn't replenish the amenities after making up the room. Also they didn't clean the desk and floor properly. My shower head was leaking and they changed a new pipe, but did it wrong. The shower head is loose and hit my head. Their attention to detail is the worst.

Easy connect to west koonlong high speed rail station, also connect to harbor city with many restaurants and shops.

The staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful!!! If you have a questiin, they will help you figure it out :-) If one doesn't know, another one will!!! I couldn't have picked a better place to stay...near to everything: the Star Ferry, the subway statoins, the malls, restaurants and cafes! Water for the room everyday...you will need water to stay hydrated for walking to everywhere! I will definitely come back if I can put up with the 16 hours flight time :-( Thank you, Prince Hotel staff especially the concierge staff!!!

Great location, easy access, clean & tidy, spacious room and great services. We had a really nice stay and will definitely return for future stay.

Alot of high end shop in this area and also near the harbour and bus stops ,and trains and MTR are also walking area. The hotel across the road from the apple mobile phone shop. I would stay in the this hotel again .

Good location nice service good breakfast and convenient to the shoppers street

Its really convinient to stay in this hotel, we booked 3rooms and stayed 4days, with free breakfast so less hassle in the morning, after that can check around because hotel is inside the mall, near taxi lane. This is really a must book hotel speacially when you are with the kids.

Location is great but room rates are too expensive. Reception service is good especially to the conceige Mr Gordon he is very helpful to explain some roads directions and helps me to bring my luggage to the taxi waiting area.
