The Kowloon Hotel

Twin beds are compacted, the view is nice but need to walk till end of the hallway also need to go upstairs on 18th floor by carrying your own luggages. The location is great and convenient. 7/11 is just next door and MTR exit can get in hotel next to elevator upstairs directly

I'm actually quite happy staying here, but my room is next to the emergency exit, and I'm not sure why people open and close it so often. I constantly hear the doorknob turning; it sounds like someone's about to open my door. Eventually, I got used to it being the sound of the emergency exit, but it made me anxious at first.

I have booked on typhoon Noel period and have to cancel my first booking but the hotel is very helpful to process my second booking very fast also have a responsibility to take care us very well . Thank you trip.com to communicate and proceed all the process to make us never let us alone.

Just not a good hotel not 4 stars for sure More like two or three cost extra money for water and toothbrush .

I would like to express my appreciation for the housekeeper who cleaned room 706 on July 28, 2026. She was incredibly thorough and paid great attention to detail. Excellent work! The room was clean and very convenient for getting around.

Clean and comfortable room, easy access to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, iSquare shopping mall, and Emperor Cinema IMAX Theatre. Delicious all-you-can-eat Dim Sum lunch. Will definitely come back.

It is at a convenient location. Easy to find and many MTR exits to the hotels. Although it’s directly connected to the MTR, it’s a pretty long walk to the hotel entrance. If you exit E, it’s a long flights of stairs to climb. If you exit L4, it is directly connected but still there is still a flight of stairs to the hotel. May not be easy if you have a heavy luggage. But it is easy to get on day to day activities.

great location, right beside the MTR entrance . staff wasn’t that friendly. decent size to open up 3 big luggage.
