Regal Riverside Hotel

Very nice and spacious hotel for a family of four. Big restroom, cabinets and beds. Buffet breakfast has good variety and staff are very friendly. Location is good too, there is bus stop in front of the hotel.

Suburbs nice discern hotel , easy to transport, have big bus stop and green bus stop right in front of the hotel .

Near 7/11 ,bus stop at the front door on the main road ,bus to Shatin station ,(then get to other places)Kowloon Hong Kong island and airport bus as well .

It’s really poor for even as for how HK hotels go. After staying at 5 stars in China (at a fraction of the cost), this place has got to be one of the worst HK hotels I’ve stayed at. Was told initially I got ‘upgraded’ despite having booked a ‘Premium King’ room only to be put into a place with connecting room and every morning around 7, have to listen to Cantonese aunty screaming from next door through the connecting door. Cheers, Regal Hotel, for one of the worst stays ever. Do not stay at this place!

The room was good and clean.  Got free upgrade. Many local restaurants and one supermarket nearby. Airport Busa A41 stop is very near too.

Good service from the reception staff, they help us to use Google map promotion to upgrade our room which Trip did not provide.

Easy accessible. There’s a bus direct from airport to bus stop opposite to the hotel. Many eateries are in walking distance. Room is clean. It is just located next to the river. I like the view from the room. The hotel provides filter clean drinking water in the room. I like the concept to keep it green, reduce unnecessary use of plastic bottles. The toiletries are good quality also. I had a comfortable stay. Just did not manage to use the gym or pool facilities this time. Would stay again if i visit next time to hong kong.

Facility is old but still quite clean, convenient transport to HK airport and China.
