For higher levels there is a chance for dissent view. Location is ok, metro station is near. There are only British power sockets in the room and reception don't have any adapters so you should bring your own.

nice location near restaurants and public transportation, only issue for me is their TV mainly the HBO channel not stable🤣🤣🤣

Very convenient if travel from airport by taking bus number A11 or A12 with very little walk. The room is ok, but i bit small

This was a nice hotel to stay in. The view from our room was great. Room is small but was comfortable enough to stay in. Location is good for that side of the harbour and close to the train station which makes it easy to get around to anywhere else you need to go. There is a market a few streets back and easy access to shopping centre across the street and the boardwalk along the harbour and under the freeway. I would like to add more photos as they were great, but Trip.com makes it too hard. I'm not spending all my time trying to reduce the size of my photos so they can be uploaded here.

Very close to bus terminus and mtr. Very professional housekeeping lady for room 811 during 25-28 March. Overall stay would be perfect, if the wifi password could be offered during waiting time for checking in so we could work and enjoy wifi during waiting time.

The shower doesn't drain at all so the room gets flooded. And the pillow smells like poop. I feel awful.

Good condition and services Very clean and comfortable and high efficient for special orders Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus, So many Shopping centres and food centers I lounge for simple bread and juices for breakfast. Also 24 hours drinks and coffee is a very good offering. Littel breads for different kind of style , very fresh and good taste Apple or orange juices for the breakfast offering too Conclusions are very perfect

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not very positive. The only real advantage was that the room was clean, but beyond that, there were several issues. First, there was mold on the bathroom walls, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this chain. Second, the overall condition of the room was quite worn-out— the furniture and walls looked tired, and it was clear that the place needed some renovations. The windows were dirty, which ruined the view, and the lighting in the room was so dim that it felt like being in a constant twilight, even in the evening.

I really wanted to love this hotel because the front staff is some of the coolest and nicest Ivan countered. The room itself is not that bad either, just quite cramped in the bathroom / shower area. Wi-Fi is fast and everything is laid out and cleaned professionally enough. As others have said, the door slamming is seriously a deal breaker. It is noisy, and there is no soundproofing to the corridor. If your neighbor decides to enter their room you will be jolted awake. The hotel could easily spend 10,000 HKD to install door silencers or padding to instantly solve this issue.

My stay at Ibis North Point from February 1 to February 2 was truly delightful! The hotel's prime location made exploring Hong Kong effortless, with the MTR station, trams, and bus stops just steps away. Check-in was efficient and hassle-free, with the staff being warm, professional, and always ready to assist. The room was cozy, spotless, and well-designed, making the most of the space while offering breathtaking harbor views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Despite being compact, the bathroom was clean and functional, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and leisure. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise, featuring a good mix of Asian and Western options, all fresh and tasty. For affordable comfort, convenience, and excellent service, Ibis North Point is an outstanding choice, and I would happily stay here again!

The hotel was terrible, there was no space to keep the luggage and open a suitcase. The bathroom was choked, and there was no drinking water. I requested a cancellation but the hotel refused to cancel and later kept calling me to check out. The worst hotel stay ever of my life. I would request trip.com to offer me compensation in place of the hardships I had staying at Ibis North Point. And please DO NOT Call my cell phone as my international roaming tariffs are high. If you care - make WhatsApp Calls.
