Small hotel, poorly painted, ugly, bad telephone outside to speak with the person who located me, and I also realized that they did not clean it, there was a toothbrush in the bathroom that was not the one they give away, terrible hotel for the price

The door to the bathroom was broken. The reception lady tried to fix it, but it aggravated the issue. Imagine stuck in a very small room with open toilet..had a terrible experience. Not sure whether we were just plain unlucky or whether that's the norm. The toilet wasn't clean and had mould issues. The bed was clean though.
The Naruto Inn guy was very helpful though in finding the property and was very friendly. The same with the lady working there.

STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA BETTOLA!!!
Prenoti una stanza e te ne viene assegnata un’altra.
COME POTETE DORMIRE CON VELENO PER INSETTI/ANIMALI SOPRA LA TESTA???
La stanza era invasa da insetti, ogni passo che facevi ne schiacciavi uno! Un cartello recita “tenere chiusa la finestra per evitare che insetti e serpenti entrino nella stanza” SI AVETE LETTO BENE: SERPENTI! E per di più al nostro arrivo la finestra in questione era aperta! Assurdo!!!
State alla larga!!!
Non ho controllato altro, le lenzuola erano gia sporche e macchiate al nostro arrivo! Abbiamo preso i nostri zaini e ce ne siamo andati subito, cambiando alloggio!
Il proprietario inoltre è un cafone, Derek, chiamandolo al nostro arrivo ci ha urlato ed appeso in faccia quando gli abbiamo fatto notare le NON condizioni igieniche della stanza. Inoltre ci ha negato un rimborso, uno schifo!!!
State alla larga da questo postaccio! Se fosse possibile lo valuteremmo in negativo!
Se fosse possibile lo segnalerei alle autorità locali per un sopralluogo, perché non ho mai trovato uno schifo del genere in una stanza! INDECENTE

Good location, clean but small room. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and speaks good english. Good quality for the price, especially compared to hotels in Hong Kong. Note that the mattress is very hard.

It's inside the hearts of Tsim Sha Tsui with the great access to everywhere in the city.
Strongly recommend to budget travelers who prefer to stay in the downtown.
