Clean room. Free water provided . common refrigerator available . Good location. Akong Nathan walking distance to ladies night market and temple street market is very near just in the back of the building

Very nice host. The rooms and common area were very clean. They clean your room and change towels every day. Free water. There are also hair dryer and fridge for common use if you need in the hallway. Staying here embellished our unique experiences with locals in HK.

We stayed one night in this room. The building is a bit strange and noisy, but it wasn’t really an issue. A charming elderly man welcomed us and showed us the room, which was exactly as described in the listing: very small, but very cheap for Hong Kong and very clean. It was perfect for a one-night stay!

The room is clean even though small as per expected when you are in HK. They always do room service every day. Basic amenities provided like drink water, shared fridge which is enough for me. The lady when I check-in although doesn't speak English but Google Translate helps to explain the guest house rules Location wise near to MTR Jordan, bus stops and halal food MY *******. Just to take note every night there will be karaoke sound nearby this place but they will stop by 9pm/10pm

Small but has everything you need. Plus the hotel is super clean. The owner is very kind. Hot shower, cold ac, quiet at night, couldn't asked for more.

Overall the place was good. Had the necessary amenities like a fridge and a kettle. There were towels and toilet paper. The location was in between of two subway stations. It’s about a 5 minute walk. There are many restaurants around and 7-elevens to get snacks and drinks. The cleaning lady was nice and came around every morning go change the garbage. However, she did not sweep our floors so the cleanliness could’ve been better. The room is small but good enough for two people and actually the bathroom is quite a good size compare to other places in Hong Kong. The only criticism was that when we arrived, they did not answer the door right away and we had to wait and ring the bell a few times before they greeted us and let us in.

The owner is very kind. The room is small but convenient. There is a hot water kettle, refrigerator, and hair dryer in the common area. I am very impressed with this place.

The host is friendly and polite. The room cleaning service is everyday and they provide extra towels on request. The apartment and rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. The place is nearby to touristic attractions such as temple street, victoria harbour and well connected by buses and subway trains.

Pretty view, clean, friendly staff, convenient location, everything you need.

Very near to many eateries and shops. Transport like buses and MTR stations are also nearby, making it easy to get around Hong Kong.

Prime location, easy to get to from the airport. I enjoyed my stay.

Pros - Good location. Between MTR Jordan and Yau ma tei in 5 minutes walking. - Small but clean. Good and enough for backpackers. - Hot water for shower worked well. - Landlord was so kind. He can speak English and willing to help. - Universal adapter provided in the room. - Water provided for everyone. Bring your own bottle to fill it. Con - We stayed for 3 nights but they didn't change new towels. Fortunately, we had our own towels. - The building is now under renovation. Workers started working from 9 am so we must close the curtains well. - The elevator seems unwell. No.3 was error when we backed to the building at night. So we took no.2 to Fl 11 and stepped up to Fl 12 where the guesthouse located. Overall, this guesthouse worth the money. Good choice for saving. Just stay, go out and enjoy the trip!

Really great value for its price, nice and clean. Location is incredibly central, was slightly difficult to find the guesthouse at first but after the first time it's very easy to access.
