Receptionist is friendly & nice, room size is ok, but not recommended for family & couple trip, its maybe only for solo traveller short trip, very poor environment. My wife's shirt & my niece's cap is missing, donno whats happening?!

The hotel location is good near Temple Street and easy to the Yau Ma Tei MTR Station. Room size is ok compared to many local hotels but the hygiene is unacceptable as many flies are found inside the bathroom. Also, the room soundproofing is bad.

Good location, don’t expect too much, simple hotel, rooms are big enough for HK style. Downtown, next to Kowloon station.

We had a group of six and did multiple bookings to get rooms with two beds and some with one bed. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The rooms are clean, a great size for 2 people and the ac worked well, the staff were very kind and a little perk was that the mini fridges in each room worked remarkably well. The beds are firm which some of us loved. The location was perfect for us! Close to markets, shopping and transit. We checked off everything we wanted to do (dim sum, star ferry, day/night markets) with ease because of the great location. Would be happy to book a stay here again!

Great location and closer to the MTR… we love the Temple street. That’s was great for us as a foods hunter.

The hotel is a bit old but still clean. Hotel gave a free upgrade to a family room which is bigger. Very convenient location to travel around. Overall, will recommend to stay because it is quite value for money

Hotel is very dated. There were dust in many areas of the room, remote control, bed frames etc. The room is decently sized, I had two piece of luggage which could both be opened and still have plenty of space to maneuver around the room.

Location is really good, 200m fro A21 airport bus and also MTR Station exit c. Room spacious and clean

Spacious room with small toilet. TV channels lacking in variety for shows. Hanger space is limited with few hangers given. Receptionists are friendly and location is near to mtr, within walking distance to Jordan and Mongkok. Many eateries along Nathan road and near hotel area.

A decent hotel in a convenient location. Short walk from Yau Ma Tei train station, which is near the Central area of Kowloon.

Location is great. The room is cozy. However, there isn’t any hot water at all, the toilet is full of drain flies that goes into the room when the toilet door is open…

Hotel is pretty huge for a hongkong hotel at such price. Clean and near to convenience store below as well as popular claypot chain restaurants. There are a number of late night supper stall around as well. Quite convenient.
