Wanchai 88 Hotel

Great location and amazing business hotel, big and clean rooms, the view is amazing! 3 mins walk from CWB MTR station.

Stayed at room no. 1003 for 3 days and 2 nights for our family trip. - Upon check-in, the room is okay, tiles on the floor are loose and some are detached. We found out why, it is because the drainage on the bathroom is clogged or just a poor drainage and while my wife and daughter are taking a bath, the water spilled on the bed area and sips under the tiles. So that is why the tiles are loose or detached, probably due to multiple times that the are is wet. - The twin beds are consistently moving, even with the slightest push, its going to move across the room. We dont know if its just like that or the staff forgot to lock the wheels under the bed frame. - Overall stay there is not good so most likely we wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Would rate all highest rates if they can also provide pairs of one-time usable sandals during the stay.

Nice hotel with reasonable size room, located near wanchai MTR station and close to exhibition centre. Would like to stay there again.

This is the biggest hotel we have ever stayed in HK. And of the best value too! The location is also perfect. A few mins walk from wanchai mtr. The area is excellent for food lovers! I will definitely stay here again in the future

Second time staying at this hotel. As the hotel is located at a very strategic location, accessible to airport bus (350m), Wanchai MTR (250m) & multiple tram stops. Surrounded by shops, 7-11 just around the corner. Last stay here was 1 year ago, only change to the room were that water and some room amenities (drinking water, room slippers, toothbrush, etc) needs to be redeemed from a vending machine on G floor. Reception will provide a QR code (with limited value) for you to redeem. That was a little of a downside as our QR code wasn’t work on the first night, and we need to purchase water from the machine. Bed is a little on the hard side, pillow lack support. But still a good sleep.

Had a quick stay in Wan Chai. The room was fine. It would be better if the amenities are cleaner. Not so much service provided.

Booked the hotel for my visiting parents due to the short walking distance to tram line, eateries, wanchai market, harbour and ferry Pier. Pretty Chinoise lobby on the 3rd/5th floor (reception not 24hrs). Their executive queen mountain view room was spacious and had a refreshing green view towards Victoria Peak. Room had a huge fridge, long counters integrating workspace, pantry, and washing sink. Panel windows with integrated TV can make the room really warm in the daytime, if you don't draw the curtains. Room is showing its age, with signs of wear and tear everywhere, and the centralised aircon is dusty. Consider uphauling aircon system, adding an armchair to the executive room and upgrading toilet seats to those with electronic bidet.

Hidden Gem. This conveniently located hotel is tucked away in the middle of Wan Chai. Close to causeway bay, it is a good size room for Hong Kong and it good value for money for the size it is. Decoration is modern and still clean. Beds comfortable, water pressure good, staff helpful.
