Saya rasa keperluan saya untuk penginapan tidak tinggi, asalkan bersih dan selesa, tetapi saya tidak pernah menemui hotel seperti ini sebelum ini😅Pemahaman seorang pelajar sekolah rendah, tetapi juga menggigit, dan akhirnya yin dan yang , memang hebat🫡Kadang-kadang saya patut belajar daripada semangat acuh tak acuh pemilik kedai

Penghawa dingin di dalam bilik adalah unit tingkap, yang saya tidak sangka. Walaupun saya telah tinggal di rumah penginapan dengan kualiti yang sama dalam beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini, mereka semua mempunyai penghawa dingin yang dipasang di dinding. Apabila mesin tingkap dihidupkan pada waktu malam, anda langsung tidak boleh tidur kerana bunyinya sekuat traktor. Tak buka? Ia akan menjadi terlalu panas untuk tidur. Ia mempunyai tingkap, tetapi tiada langsir. Jadi kualiti tidur setiap malam sangat teruk, dan saya perlu bekerja pada siang hari, yang membuatkan saya sangat letih. Bagaimana rasanya melepak di dalam bilik tanpa pengudaraan selama tiga hari dengan tuala basah selepas mandi? Dan kerana kami pulang ke hotel pada lewat petang, kakitangan telah pun keluar dari kerja, jadi mereka tidak dapat menukar kami. Terdapat pemanas air elektrik kecil untuk mandi, yang perlu dihidupkan sebentar lebih awal. Arahan mengatakan bahawa jika anda mendidihnya lima minit lebih awal, anda boleh mencucinya selama 15 minit, tetapi kami merebusnya selama sekurang-kurangnya setengah jam, dan selepas lima minit mencuci, kami hanya mempunyai air sejuk. Orang kedua perlu menunggu sedikit lagi untuk mencuci, dan hanya boleh meneruskan mencuci selama lima minit. Mandi setiap hari mesti ditamatkan dengan cepat. Benar-benar kecewa, penginapan yang sangat buruk.

I humbly request that you do not stay here. I booked a 2 in bed Deluxe room. When I arrived at 11:45 a.m., Mr. Dang said, "I give you another room, give me 500 HKD." When I asked which room I had booked, Mr. Dang said, "I am not a pore person, I need 500 HKD." After giving me the allotted room, I paid the original price through Trip.com in two days for 856 He charged me 500 HKD after allotting me a room. I connected to WiFi and called trip.com about 12:10 a.m., but the problem was not resolved. Please be aware that this hotel also does not accept trip.com's guarantee of assistance.

Good location, a bit hard to communicate for non Chinese speakers as they have Whatsapp/ phone call only

I’m so impressed with all thier service. Room not that small. And No need universal adapter !! All staff very warm welcome and friendly. Good location ~Near by MTR, 7 eleven, K11, also not far from good restaurants and bakery cafe. If I come back again sure that I will stay here again.

Very good place! Clean and essentials are available. Big space to move around with bulky baggages.

Great location, but ambience of the hotel is not that great. If you’re traveling to Hongkong first time, you have to expect to stay in small area cause its really over populated city

☹️We’re usatisfied too much. The hotel proposed upgrade room but only 2 rooms from we booked 3 roooms So we misunderstood with the hotel agent and we was confirm follow their propose after we contact Tirp.com agent we tried to change back to 3 rooms but the hotel could not change for us and we wasted our time too much to wait for their reply. It was so bad for us. In the 2 rooms were not clean and had too many cockroaches so disgusting too much.😫 Don’t want to booking this hotel again and will tell our friends to know that, too.
