Good value for money, the room is very big and spacious with a nice view on both sides. It was a very cold day, and the room is freezing cold even after switch off the air conditioning.

The room is big and clean and I got a good upgrades, the staff are friendly too!

Great location and closed to everywhere but the only thing the hotel is located on the hillside so if you have big luggage, it will be quiet hassle to get to the hotel

Hotel frequently used by me when stopping in HK. Great location in tst on top of a hill . Clean and quiet usually very cheap for Hong Kong

I stayed at this awful hotel about 5 years ago, and I am sorry I didnt realize I was booked to go there again, this past week. It has not been cleaned or maintained much since the last time, and even then it was old and shabby my bathroom had 2 empty toothbrush boxes on the shelf! luckily I had my own. It was about 45-50F (8-10C) last Thursday in HK and this hotel doesn't have heat, and the windows have no seal, so I was shivering in my bed until i called the front desk to bring me a portable heater. location was good, near entertainment and food, and about 10 mins from an MTR station , though it is up a hill. the counter service was not too bad, and they do offer luggage storage...thats where the positives end Unfortunately, Hong Kong is not what it used to be. Now there are no more deals for shopping, food and hotels are all sky high and everyone's attitude is really bad post covid 19. I suggest everyone head to Shenzhen as that's were all the shopping, entertainment and sightseeing has moved to, and for 1/4 the price.

Due to heavy rains during our previous stay on 14JUN, so we decided to extend our stay for a few more days in order to finish some of bucket list. The reservation staff (Male) who reply us were nice as well. Up until the 18JUN afternoon, everything still pretty GOOD......................till the "NIGHTSHIFT GUY !!!" who treat us without respect & manner at all !!! The hotel is new and the room is spacious unlike other hotels that we have stayed in hong kong. The staff are friendly and they upgrades us to a bigger room because I complained that their hotel is hard to find. If you are travelling with so many luggage take a taxi in going to this hotel because it is located uphill..we will surely go back to this hotel!

Free upgrade. Nice Location and many dining venues and shops and bars. Staffs are nice and friendly. Secured lifts and easy to assess. amazing decor and spacious.

Quiet place and the location is good. Good for shopping and eat around. Staffs are nice.

Clean rooms Up a short slope but otherwise easy access to The Mira mall and lots of restaurants within steps of the hotel Highly recommended

Good for single people who love to give peaceful time to them self
