Lokasinya yang utama, kemudahan yang hebat, dan perkhidmatan yang cemerlang menjadikannya pangkalan yang ajaib untuk pengembaraan Disneyland.

Nice hotel, nice staff, excellent location with various kids activities

The hotel is very nice and clean my kids were very happy , the staff was very friendly and nice! The only sad thing was that day Was my son’s birthday and they gave him a button so everyone can know was his birthday, we were expecting at least a small gift in the park or something , he didn’t got even a cake ( he got a towel cake) my son was very sad, we couldn’t find a real cake around there and the hotel can make it but with 2 days in advance! We were expecting that they can give us a real cake , not a small cake made of towel! Anyway we enjoyed our time in the hotel

My booking is a standard size room with 2 beds, room size is good for 2 - 3 persons, if you have 4 people this is a bit crowded. due to new environmental policies they are no longer provides toothbrushes and other one time use plastic items. Hygiene is just standard I have found dirt and mould on the bathroom wall this is not expectable for such hotel Service is stand they will help answer your question but your won’t feel the heart touching kind of service. Morning buffet is limited to 1hr Provide free bus to and from Disney park until 1am Your will see some characters walking around the hotel

Great hotel near to Disney but lacking affordable meal options, restaurants are too pricey.

Overall we had a good time. Unfortunately there were no surprises (ie. unexpected fun or magical moments, services), but we did have a decent time. Hotel staffs never greeted us so it was bit unexpected in that front, because they will only respond when we greet them, so we did feel bit isolated. Positives: Pools are open for long time, breakfast buffet quality is so good (but way too pricy, considering kids does not eat much), room is spacious, shuttle bus frequency is very convenient, hotel is really creatively constructed (both external/internally). Areas of developments: Could be better if Staffs could greet guests (even the front desk staffs were unfriendly), Breakfast buffet’s cost performance needs to improve -＞ considering the super high price it should not limit the breakfast time to only one hour as guest loses time to greet character as well, also on top of high price it charges 10% service tax, and character photo costs H$168 per photo when the photo quality was bit blurry…., it would be great if breakfast buffet price could lower (especially for kids who does not eat much) or stretch the 1 hour limit to 90 min. Another area of development could be, the scope of hotel merchandise coupon… -＞ seems like there is unexplainable scope of which product they can allow/disallow $10 off coupon. We wanted to buy two products of which one of them the staff explained we cannot apply the coupon, and the staff’s explanation was “because this is popular”… when I asked how would we even know which is popular and which is not, and the next explanation was “oh it is because Lina Bell is popular”. It was very awkward explanation and scope, but I suppose it was Explorer’s Lodge Hotel style… Overall, we enjoyed HK Disney land so we will definitely come back, but unless above AOD are changed/improved, we will not consider staying with Explorer’s Lodge.

Great hotel for families stay. Spacious room with two queen size beds. Hotel provides daily kids activities. For breakfast, just need to walk in to the restaurant to request.

Lots of activities. Great for family. Kids were so happy during the stay!
