Ramada Hong Kong Grand View

Such an amazing view and great location. I will definitely be back. Its adorable and big room. Most of the time in hk the rooms are small but not in this place.

We stayed at Room 2202 from June 3 until 6, 2026.  The size of the room is excellent but, like other Ramada Hotel Is have stayed in other countries, Ramada Grand View, HK is not providing toothbrush and bottled water.  The front office staffs are sarcastic and not speaking English, especially the old guy assign in the baggage storage.  The Filipino guys who make the room ate all polite.  Ramada brand is known worldwide, therefore front office staffs should all be bilingual and very welcoming both in attitudes and manners.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Ramada Grand View. The experience was better than I expected based on some of the reviews I had read before arriving. The room was generally clean, and housekeeping was provided daily, which was appreciated. The hotel is a decent option for travelers looking for an affordable stay. However, I do not feel that it fully lives up to its 4-star rating, as some areas of the hotel and room facilities appear a little dated and could benefit from refurbishment. That said, considering the price, I still think it offers good value for money. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel with acceptable cleanliness and service, this is a suitable choice.

The room is old and rundown. Can see white particles on the floor, definitely have not been vacuumed. Cracks the ceiling, molds on the bathroom walls. Overall, don’t think it’s a 4-star hotel.

Great location! Just a 3-min walk to Northpoint Station! And just 4-min walk to a Mall. 2 min walk to McDo and Jollibee and Wellcome Supermarket! Great value for money. Will book again!

Room is good for cheap price if you luck. Location good. Staff good. Note: dont choose room corner room hot wate will slow coming.😂

Great location! Right next to the train stop and only 500m from the subway station. The hotel is a bit old, but look how spacious it is! The bathroom size is amazing! You even have a table in the room! Very clean; Th staff cleaned and vacuumed every day. The staff is very friendly and nice. I felt very welcomed. Definitely recommend staying. Again: LOOK AT THAT WHOLE ROOM. Higher floors also have a great view of the harbor. It's very close to the water, can take a night walk.

Location is excellent with 5 minutes walk to MTR. But since the hotel is in the middle of market, smell of fish and meat is unbearable.. Plus the fact that when my bathroom sink pretty much exploded from water backflow when I was out, janitorial service couldn't fix it nor did they clean the bathroom nicely. And the hotel did not do anything to counter my complaint nor did they change my room. Worst experience! Do not recommend this hotel! 위치는 나름 지하철역에서 5분거리지만 시장 한복판에 있어서 아침 저녁으로 냄세가 장난아님. 거리도 축축해서 케리어 바퀴에 냄세가 아직도 않빠짐. 더더욱 호텔을 비웠을떼 화장실 세면데가 터져서 오물이 화장실에 다 튀고 이걸 해결하러 온 청소(?)직원이 대충만 청소하고 이거 수리않된다고 쓰지말라만 하고 가버림.. 절대로 추천하지 않음. 호텔도 이것에 대해서 버상이나 룸 바꿔주지도 않음.
