Spacious and clean. Good for families with kids. The housekeeper is friendly and approachable. Overall, it's great to stay here . The only problem is the location. It's too far from the main cities. It costs us a lot to travel via light rail and MTR. Buses are inconvenient, although cheaper.

We really love to spend our day off here to relax and bonding with friend, huge room, light rail train just downstair with a sofa. We're coming back again .

the highlight for uswas the service of the maid that looked after our room. She was amazing. Step out for a bit and come back, the room is all made up. Smiling and friendly, I hoped I would see her when I came back to the hotel every time. There is a shopping centre next to the hotel, has a McDonalds which is great for breakfast. Also some fairly good local cafes plus a decent western style one. Walking distance to the Wetlands Park as well. LRT is about 2 minutes away and buses that go to HK Island are near the hotel. 1 hour by airport bus E37 or A37.

Hong Kong's new plastic ban preventing hotels from providing safe drinkable water hampers my stay. After a long international flight to HK International Airport and an over an hour commute to the hotel only to find there is no safe drinkable water. Otherwise a nice comfortable stay

Hotel room is clean and tidy . Hotel location is near light rail station and there are many restaurants around.

The site is good, which the location is railway nearby. The customer service is also incredible that the staff are nice to give a helping hand to me.

The room is spacious with lots of storage. Nice and helpful staff. Just a minute walk to the public transport such as bus and light railway.However, the sound insulation between rooms is very bad.

The place so good the room is clean and nice. Easy to find and near in the mall and also market its really great I will book again.

Albeit crumbs of food found stuck on one of the cups provided in the room, the hotel room has a larger space and a higher ceiling than an average hotel room. The hotel staff were kind to arrange a room with a view of the Wetland Park.

No sound proof across the rooms, we can literraly hear the noise coming from the other room and it was unpleasant noise for the kids. I requested for a double bed and they converted the 2 single beds into a double bed however they should have changed the sheets/comforters in order to secure the bed, without having to worry that my toddler will fall in between. They have big rooms and enough space to walk around. Clean and they have room service to clean after and replace the complimentary amenities.

Very good services and all things nice

The room is quite big and the hotel services are satisfactory.

The room is good size and clean. The only thing is bad is that we can hear people talking from the room beside.
