View is great! Reception was kind to accommodate my request for a good view room, and it was comfortable. Only complaint was the elevator, it went up and down nonstop that I along with others could not reach the destination floor for very long (more than 5mins), definitely need to leave early for people rushing somewhere (in my case and others on the elevator with me)

Location was great, price was reasonable compared to similar hotels. Hotel room size was a little bit small, and the toilet glass door has a big gap and not able to locked, so be aware if you share the room with someone. Something may can do better: the glass door of bathroom was dirty and bath towel had a hole.

Room is small no good view. No gym or swimming pool. Lobby is very crowded. Easy to walk around, good location.

Love this place. Close to the metro station. A lot of clubs and bars around, no need a taxi to go around. Clean. Silent rooms.

One of the best locations in hongkong and friendly staff and clean room and very convenient for shopping and taking metro.

All good and clean. However, the front desk people have a horrible attitude. No hint of politeness, even when checking in. And when the clothes iron in my room was obviously broken (there was as copper wire sticking out of it, for Christ’s sake!) the staff in duty was simply annoyed and said they have no other clothes iron to give me. I don’t know what’s their problem, you get can get a warmer treatment in any Starbucks or supermarket.

Location is excellent with easy access to MTR station exits and famous restaurants. Have to request at reception if daily cleaning is needed, which improvement is needed as the hotel rate is not cheap. Also take note that towels given got holes.

Very practical hotel. The room was reasonably clean and staff was very helpful. The price is almost unbelievably good considering how good the location is.

It was quite ok just a bit small for me. Good location and quite convenient to get to places. Also has a bus stop nearby

I am a person who is very particular about the clealiness, you can see theres stains around the edge of the floor in the toilet is not cleaned properly, floor in the room is abit dusty hence have to wear the slipper in the room all the time, room is kinda small even if i have just a carry on luggage. The room has only 1 power source which is under the table, you have to bend down everytime to plug/unplug the charger. Bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Location is super good if you plan for day trip to macau and near to eateries, MTR and convenient store. Staff at check in counter is very friendly and helpful. Overall i would stay recommend only you need to catch a ferry to Macau early morning, otherwise probably will still stay around other like wanchai/causeway bay area

The hotel is not bad. Lift a bit slow. Skipped my levels a few times! Waited for around 20 min in the morning

Solid hotel in an excellent location. Decent sized rooms. We had a great view also. On the downside, the interior is pretty dated and the service is pretty average. Reception was extremely slow.

This is a pre-standard Hong Kong hotel with small rooms, decent location,  for the money I would book it again.
