Ulasan Best Western Plus Amsterdam Airport Hotel

Very nice room but bathroom smelt like sewage. Bed was amazing to sleep on.

Our stay at the hotel was an absolute nightmare. We had informed the hotel two days in advance that we would be arriving late — around 1:30 AM — due to our flight landing at 12:30 AM. I also specifically requested a room with a double bed. When we arrived, the shuttle service was unavailable as it stops running at 11:45 PM — something we were made aware of. Once at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 40 minutes without any assistance until we had to call Trip.com customer service. Only after that did someone finally show up out of nowhere to hand us our room key. We were placed in a ground-floor room right in the middle of a busy passageway. The noise level was unbearable — I was woken up at 6 AM by loud hallway traffic, and to make matters worse, drilling from construction work started at 8:45 AM — on May 1st, a public holiday! In short, it was a disastrous night. We reported all of these issues during checkout, but the staff took no responsibility whatsoever. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

This is what we were breathing in the room left from somebody else. Also breakfast one of the poorest in my entire life. Regarding cleaning no comment

Location is good as it’s near to Schiphol Airport where there are regular bus shuttle to the airport.

I arrived in Amsterdam late at night. The hotel's shuttle was right there waiting for me. The drive was smooth and quick. The driver was really nice! I was greeted by a lovely young lady. Her smile was bright and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel was lovely. My room was nice. The bed was comfortable and quiet. I slept well. My wake-up call came on time, thank you 😊. I caught the hotel shuttle to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Excellent customer service at really good prices.

Good place to stay, with free shuttle to Schiphol. The 397 bus took us to all the main sights in Amsterdam in less than 20mins. For 1/3 the price of staying at central, this is an affordable option.

shuttle worked both ways with airport. staff very busy but helpful and polite. room was very clean with hot showers. all in all i would recommend another stay if flying in or out.thank you. Pete.

Meh, Dutch service has always been deficient just like their “culture” . Pool never works so don’t think about it it . Beers were not good either

The free shuttle bus to and from the airport made it stress free to connect with trains and to get in and out to Amsterdam for sightseeing. The close proximity to McDonalds and shared restaurants was also good for an evening meal. The receptionist staff were polite and helpful. The room was sufficient for our short stay.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The room was clean and cozy, with a super comfy bed. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh. The free shuttle was convenient, Everything was just right no complaints at all!

The location is good and the regular airport shuttle service helps a lot. We were entertained by a guy named Ronald at the reception throughout our stay and Ronald made sure our trip was as comfortable as possible.

I highly recommend this hotel for people who want to spend not too much money  Nice quiet friendly hotel with good connection to the airport and the city center

This is a great hotel for an early morning flight. Free shuttle busses to the airport and to the hotel from Schiphol airport as well. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and tidy bathroom. Would definitely stay again.
