Conveniently located 200m to Wulingyuan car/van station. There is a bus stop infront of the inn which can bring you to the east gate or 东门at ZhangJiaJie National Park for CNY2. Inn provided daily tangerine, washing machine for laundry and also daily breakfast with noodle served upon order by 2 friendly cook which comes with 1 egg, mantou, soya bean drink at the 5th floor rooftop via elevator with wonderful mountain view. It was great energy boost before starting the hike at the Park. 小袁 is patient to demonstrate how to operate the tv, advised the route to take at the Park and gave discount for purchase of grand canyon ticket which also saved time to queue at the ticket booth. 小宋 is helpful to book didi using her account to the Park as my alipay cannot be loaded and gave suggestion how to plan my program. 小卢immediately jumped to the rescue when he saw that I was running late by giving me a ride with my luggage on his own bike to the car/van station. Thank you for the great service and making my stay so enjoyable!

The place was very beautiful and the staff were all nice and worth a visit as it is close to the forest. The girls were nice and helped us with a problem with a taxi. She came all the way to take us back to the hotel, it took more than 45 minutes. Thanks for all staff

Our family of 4 stayed 4 nights in the American style home. Our family and myself loved it. All was as in the advertisement pictures. Very clean and atmosphere is warm and cozy.. Views are great though when we stayed was a bit foggy but still good view. Water pressure of shower is good. Food is good, though all Chinese food and no western style foodmbreakfast, but still yummy good experience since being in China). The location is in the mountain (therefore the good air and nice views), so a car or driver like we had, is highly recommended (not just taxi).. We would definitely stay here again when back to zhangjiajie.

Yang Mi was an exceptional host who truly went above and beyond for us. The rooms and decor exuded a rainforest vibe, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere that we thoroughly enjoyed. Her hospitality was outstanding, and she made every effort to ensure we had the best experience possible. I especially appreciated the family-oriented nature of the inn—sitting down with them for tea and fruit, sharing stories late into the night, was unforgettable. I feel like I left a piece of my heart at Hetianwan Inn.

今天早晨剛剛退房，趕快來寫評價。張家界森林公園的旅行很令人驚喜。民宿是我們上午到了森林公園東門才去找的，沿着景區門口的路找到了最近的推薦民宿，就是山海童話。我們夫妻住的是一間陽面帶陽台的大床房，房間乾淨又可愛，設施齊全。老闆熱情周到，對我們提出的問題迅速解決，還會主動詢問需求。這個客棧離入口出口都很近，走路就七八分鐘，離餐飲一條街更近。晚上下山後直接去一條街吃飯，選擇非常多，我們吃了兩頓晚飯都很滿意。總體來説，這個客棧性價比非常高，強烈推薦！而且張家界景區的民眾普遍都非常友好，感受到了真誠，讓我們還願意再來。現在是張家界森林公園的淡季，人少景依然美，服務也到位，出來玩很合適啊

Firstly, the girl at reception insisted on carrying my heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs - how did she know I'd done over 35,000 steps that day? This is a quaint, traditional Chinese inn with some stunning decor. It is right near the mountain cable car entrance and there are lots of food options around (try the large family restaurant just down on the right). My only disappointment was that I'd read that the owners are very friendly but I didn't get to meet them! Lovely stay for my birthday, anyway - thanks.

強烈推薦。 先説環境，客棧位於南門，不像商業化的東門那麼喧囂，有着採菊東籬下悠然見南山的安逸休閑。 老闆家的小夥子，非常好客，各種接送，事無鉅細的周到，給予了我們滿滿的情緒價值，我十二歲的兒子直言不諱的説，不提住宿吃飯，他的服務就能值幾百塊錢。 年輕老闆看我們一家人訂了兩間房，主動升級到一間兩居室的套房，非常nice。 在老闆家吃了三頓飯，早餐晚餐都非常可口，我平時都不喝酒，還忍不住喝了一杯老闆家泡的葯酒。 飯後在院子裏看小橋流水，陪兒子抓抓小魚蝦，説不出的輕鬆自在。

Great location, 2mins walking distance to xibujie. Room is very spacious and bed was comfortable. The staffs very friendly.

I absolutely loved this hotel, the bed was so comfortable and I had such a great sleep… I wish I knew where they got those pillows! It’s at street level, but totally separated… The only downside is that there are no windows, or at least there wasn’t in my room. But I was only there for one night so not so bad and also, it’s not like you’re in your room for that long anyway. Really enjoyed my stay!

We are two travelers from Canada (two women traveling alone) and this hotel was amazing!! The boss was very nice from beginning to end. We had such a warm welcome. They helped us so much, from helping us book tickets at a lower price to driving us to the parks and back to the train station. They love what they do and it really shows. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Many classics like baozi, jiaozi, congee, sweet potatoes, etc. We stayed there for two nights and it was such a peaceful stay. They also upgraded us to a better view! It is such a nice place, we definitely recommend it. 老板， if you see this, thank you again! 谢谢你！
