Hotel Kolam Air Panas di Sliema

I stayed for several days at both the Victoria Hotel and also visit the connected by the rooftop their sister hotel, The Palace. You have to start with the fact that these are not 4* and 5* hotels. Perhaps they were when they opened 20 years ago, today it is a maximum of 3* and 3.5*. They are simply dated, you can see it and smell it. If we are aware of it, almost everything else is ok: very friendly service (special thanks to the nice, elderly man at the reception), tasty and varied breakfasts, cozy swimming pools and rooftop bar. The quality of cleaning the rooms needs improvement, the location of the rooms is cruicial (avoid rooms from the driveway for deliveries, unless you like to hear knocks and screams from 6am onwards). And the price: if you manage to find an offer up to 100e / day, that's ok, above that is not worth it.

몰타 거주중에 간 호캉스. 방이 좁지 않아 답답한 느낌이 전혀 없었고 발레타가 보이는 뷰도 완벽했다 ! 특히 야외 수영장이 너무 예뻤고 조식도 먹을 거리가 많아서 좋았다

Chambres de bonne taille, très propres et literie confortable . Bons petits-déjeuners sous forme de buffet très copieux . Piscine de l'hôtel agréable creusée dans le rocher en bordure de mer avec un bar et snack en plein air pour le déjeuner . Séjour très satisfaisant dans l'ensemble . Une nouvelle décoration des parties communes et des restaurants me paraît toutefois souhaitable, car pour le moment l'hôtel est certes confortable et de bonne qualité mais sans charme .

A central hotel with stunning views overlooking the seafront of Sliema, Valletta to the left, and the busy promenade. We praise the cleaners who kept the rooms spotless and were helpful when we asked for extra pillows and towels. Our room was cleaned around 14.00. The reception staff was always smiling, and check-in was efficient. We e-mailed the hotel a week before our arrival to confirm the booking; just a precaution to avoid any mishaps upon arrival. There were plenty of breakfast choices, including cooked and cold cuts, yogurts, pastries, four types of juices (machine), and a selection of beverages (machine). The breakfast area was on the eighth floor, the perfect setting for starting the day. People were taking selfies and loving it! The manager seemed to work around the clock; he was present during breakfast, clearing tables and supervising the staff. The hotel is slightly dated but clean. One of the lifts had issues one day, and the other was slow, but we had no trouble taking the stairs—free exercise. There is a restaurant on the premises on the ground floor. We did not try it, but the staff always greeted us friendly as we passed on our way in or out. There is a mini fridge in the room. Two bottles of water were waiting for us upon arrival, and there was a kettle with a selection of coffee and black tea. The kettle was nice and clean inside. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and were lucky to see the fireworks show from Valletta. Thank you, Marina Hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean and central hotel in Sliema.

Hotel Victoria yang asal telah ditutup seketika dan diikat di hotel baru bersebelahan (PALACE). Saya dengar ia adalah hotel yang beroperasi di tempat yang sama dengan PALACE. Anda pasti bertuah. Ligamen bertentangan dengan gereja. Kemudahannya sangat bagus. Sarapan pagi juga makan malam, tetapi makan malam dan rasa sedap di ruang istirahat tingkat 9. Pemandangannya cantik. Sayang sekali semua gambar belum dimuat naik. Ada besar pasar raya betul-betul di selekoh. Perhentian bas juga 5-10 minit berjalan kaki. Orang-orang di meja itu baik hati. Tidak ada masalah untuk tinggal dalam bahasa Inggeris Jegicho. Lounge di tingkat 9 sangat disyorkan (salad daging lembu Thailand sekitar 9 euro) Sandal pantai dan tuala boleh dibeli pada harga yang berpatutan di kedai berhampiran pantai, jadi ia adalah tempat di mana anda boleh berenang di dalam air secara santai walaupun anda datang dengan tangan kosong. Hotel yang saya tempah pada asalnya ditutup sementara. Kononnya Hotel Palace ini dan hotel yang saya tempah (Victoria) pada asalnya dibuka untuk perniagaan yang mewah. I was so grateful for the room upgrade, but it was right in front of the elevator and when I left the bathroom door open, the smell of the sewer was so bad. Still, it was nice to have a cookie-like service. The staff were very friendly and the spa was great. ㅊr별 인지는 모르겠지만 늦게온 ㅅr람들은 다 ㅊㅔ크인 해주던데 우ㄹi만 물어보기전까지 안해줌. 방 ㅂrl정도 순수한 업그레이드인지 의심스러움. 그 정도로 ㅎr수구 냄새 심했음. 그ㄹrl도 몇명 빼곤 다 친절하게 해주었음.

The location boasted proximity to the coast, shops, and restaurants. However, the room itself presented numerous issues: 1. Despite attempts to invite natural light, the room remained excessively dark due to taped or covered windows, offering only a shaft-view. This created a nearly pitch-black atmosphere, accompanied by disruptive sounds such as water dripping from the air conditioning unit or clicking noises. 2. Persistent clicking noises persisted both with the window open and closed, significantly disrupting sleep. 3. The room did not align with the amenities depicted in online photos, such as a missing table and chairs, leading to a sense of false advertising. Additionally, there was no mention of the shaft-view or the lack of natural light. 4. Cleanliness was lacking, with visible stains on the sink and bathroom wall, leaving an unpleasant odor. 5. Despite promises of Wi-Fi, it only functioned on the first day, causing inconvenience despite efforts by the receptionist to rectify the issue. 6. A displeasing odor upon entry suggested inadequate ventilation or cleanliness standards. 7. The room featured worn-down furnishings, reflecting a lack of investment in maintaining a comfortable environment, contributing to an overall disappointing and depressing ambiance. 8. Difficulty in regulating the water temperature in the shower added further discomfort, swinging between cold and scalding hot. 9. The lack of a duvet and provision of only a thin sheet offered inadequate protection during winter months. 10. Requests to change rooms proved futile, as alternatives offered were disappointingly similar, indicating persistent issues with standard accommodations. 11. The hotel staff's refusal to provide a stay invoice and redirecting responsibility to the booking platform added unnecessary frustration, reflecting a disappointing level of customer service. Ultimately, the hotel's refusal to provide compensation or accept responsibility led to the guest checking out early, resulting in the loss of money and the need to book alternative accommodations.

We had a great experience! The hotel is located between the seafront of Sliema and St. Julian. there is a bus stop outside of the hotel. It took us around 8min to Sliema seafront. Please keep in mind that if you are not on the seafront it can be a little bit step for some. We used app ecabs for taxis on some occasions, which we highly recommend. The Hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. We started on bad foot as we had super early arrivals and the room wasn't yet ready (this should not be a surprise to me but it was, shame on me). Never less receptionist was as helpful as she could and offered us complimentary coffee. We left out baggage in a safe room. She called as soon as the room was ready and ensured we have a great stay. The reception area, terrace and bar were furnished lovely and all staff was helpful. We stayed in a room with a balcony, you could see the sea from. The bed was large and comfy and the room was large enough for both of us. The top roof terrace and pool area look great with a seating area and sunbeds. There are a few details which perhaps could be finished better but overall non of that affected our state. We had breakfast included. It was a good selection of food, hams and cheese, eggs, bacon, fresh salads and fruits, sweet pastry, yoghurts and more. We stayed for 5 days and was leaving very early, hotel provided a packed breakfast. we have to mention the cleaner who did a great job every single day, and we got fresh towels each lovely day. Overall our experience was wonderful and we would return.

A very pleasant experience. The room was spacius, perfectly daily cleaned and the restaurant offered enough variety. Room's view was fabulous: You could see Valetta just over the bay! Valetta ferries were 5 minutes walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants arround. Even the Mall is just arround the corner, so you can enjoy a shopping experience right away! The public transport is very good and you can go easily go to Valleta or St.Julian. The bus tsations is minutes walk from the hotel. The restaurant is nice and cozy and the dishes are very tasty! Marleny is the nicest waitress! She was arround us all the time and brougt in no time our orders! We would recommend both the hotel and Hammett's Monastik Restaurant, hopping to be lucky enough to have Marleny arround !

This hotel was absolutely perfect for my stay in Malta! Located in Slima, you were just a few minutes from Valletta by boat or by bus. It was an area with easy access to other part of the Island. Slima was a great choice to stay, there was loads of stirs, restaurants and markets near by. About the hotel, all of our love. The staff was friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. They even have sauna and a small pool. I would 100% recommend the experience. If I had to say a down side, it was the stairs. The hotel has no elevators. They do tell this on their website and it wasn’t something that bother us. Over all, 100% great experience!
