端午選擇雲頂給我意外驚喜，酒店坐擁一整片山，私密度極高，環境很棒，天氣給力，棉花雲像極了菊次郎的夏天，酒店親子項目卡丁車直接在山道上開，孩子大愛，直接實現卡丁車自由；管家Luna很好，事無鉅細提醒幫助，酒店的工作人員也很熱情，在山上逛累了搭工作人員的電頻車回房間，途中還看見了野兔，真是太有趣了。唯一有一點遺憾是酒店的菜品種類偏少，選擇性小，希望下次再去的時候有所改善。

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

This hotel location is best for my work, only 10 minutes away from the factory that I need to work with at a very economical rate. Room is spacious with king bed & clean with daily room service. I like the convenience of having the breakfast that was included with my stay reservation. Although the staff did not speak English , with the help of Google translate I was able to communicate with them. They were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chengdu.

房間挺大的，比較超預期，喜歡辦公的桌子，方便，還很大，離車站挺近的，周邊配套也方便。陪送的早餐不算豐富，但也基本種類都有，贈送的茶葉有生產日期和保質期更好

設施：小童房間超級適合小朋友，除了有滑滑梯，還有小童車車，小朋友玩的很開心 衞生：很乾凈，浴室很大，廁所小朋友和大人分廁 環境：酒店裡有吃的，味道不錯 服務：前台，司機，餐廳的服務態度都很好很主動。半夜還能幫忙還充電寶，園區裏包接送

酒店服務熱情！地理位置優越，在酒店門口有免費停車場，停車很方便，早餐也豐富可口！還有機器人送外賣！體驗感很好！總體來説性價比超高！旅遊商旅出差都不錯，下次來還是會訂這個酒店！👍👍👍

入住好幾次了，每次都一如既往的好，不管是前台的服務人員或是客房的姐姐都很不錯，見面都是笑嘻嘻的，給我感覺非常熱情，所以一直都住這兒，不願意換地方，每次入住前台小姐姐們都會提前聯繫我，按照我的喜好留好房間，這點讓我非常滿意，有2次在房間裏落了東西，都第一時間聯繫我，幫我整理好，放在前台，服務是沒得説👍🏻，房間我也是很喜歡，寬敞，大氣，空間很大，所有物品都擺放得整整齊齊，一眼看過去就是乾淨、整潔、讓人很舒服，早餐的種類也是比較豐富的，菜品也很新鮮，是正宗的川菜，麪條是每次我去的必點，味道很不錯，酒店地理位置也很方便哦，停車也很方便，停車場位置也很多，而且僅供酒店客人停車，讓人感覺很安全、放心！總之每次都有不一樣的體驗，不一樣的驚喜，推薦大家都來入住哦！

四個字總結：物超所值！酒店還在試營業，但是一點裝修的味道都沒有，房間贈送的各種小零食軟飲、水果還配有咖啡膠囊機、微波爐、掛燙機甚至筷子刀叉啥的，最重要的服務真的超級好，check in時候看到有小孩説送小童拖鞋和牙刷，早餐很豐盛服務員看到孩子拿着盤子自己去夾趕緊問需要什麼，完美詮釋了賓至如歸，下次來金堂唯一選擇。
