房間是都挺好的，酒店也算是新都橋很好的一個酒店，大概服務都挺好的，這些都是基本，沒有伴手禮是挺奇怪的一件事，一般好一點的酒店，歡迎水果伴手禮必不可少，更何況是這種極具文化特色的地方，衹看到賣東西的沒看到伴手禮 四五十平的房間沒有一個全身鏡也是很不方便，大家出來旅遊基本上都會注意着裝，沒有鏡子很不方便 最最最離譜的一點就是！餐廳允許抽煙？？？我在去吃晚飯時候已經有了三四桌人，都在抽煙，好不容易找到個偏的位置，吃到一半又有人過來抽煙，餐廳環境是西餐廳的環境，但內裏允許抽煙，真的非常敗感！！！ 還有值得一提的一點就是，前台跟我們説晚餐要提前四五十分鐘説，要有備餐時間，好我能理解，但是菜上來都是冷的，這算什麼？套餐裏分前菜主菜甜品湯類，可實際上是一次性上齊，根本來不及吃就冷掉了，希望酒店多加改進吧

酒店太美了吧，第一次住藏區民宿，非常喜歡。酒店剛建二年，各處裝修都很用心，用了很多大大圓木，厚重結實豪華。房間非常大，很放鬆，還配了非常雅緻的沙發、茶几，可以喝茶喝紅酒，體面講究。洗澡水必須贊，當天快下雨了，只有10度，有點冷，結果一開水，熱水秒出，又大又熱，太感人啦。馬桶也是加熱的，在早晚真是太友好了。當天晚上打雷下雨，沒體驗到免費洗車，但很想説，老闆太客氣，不需要這麼客氣，酒店用心經營，客人已經非常滿足了，高接遠迎，倒讓客人受寵若驚、誠惶誠恐了，僅個人看法，不喜勿噴。祝老闆生意興隆！

在2024最美好的秋季，遇見了最美好的景色和最棒的酒店，也遇到了川西此行最專業的老闆和領隊。感恩各種相遇。 川西一路行至新都橋，最重要的就是休息調整&貢嘎雪山觀賞，在卧蓮，這二個需求都上了大分！ 先説酒店，老闆在泰國和上海都做過專業的高端旅行民宿，卧蓮新都橋酒店的選品讓心細如我無可挑剔。高級，質感，舒適，清潔都可以滿分，帶有陽台或者庭院的房間讓我們的旅途可以足不出户的稍微休整。説幾個細節，川西我看到不多有提供護髮素的酒店，地暖製氧機加濕器都非常給力並且很乾凈的。房間自帶備用被褥的，特別要説一下老闆選的床墊和枕頭太棒了，有位同行的夥伴有些落枕，老闆馬上給到一個薄枕頭。這些細節，要有很專業酒店管理經驗的才能做到事無鉅細吧。酒店的硬件可以同比4-5星級國際品牌酒店。 再説説一下軟件方面，從早到晚客房管家微信都是及時回覆，幫我們三天的住宿解決了很多小問題。酒店的早餐是自助餐，水果，素菜，牛奶酸奶豆漿。在川西這美食荒漠中，老闆已經盡力給大家更多的選擇。每天早上看了新鮮火龍果和葡萄時候真的蠻感動的。高原的那種乾燥口感你們懂的。另外在酒店吃了午餐和晚餐，管家會把菜單發給你，都做好通知你到餐廳享用，服務沒的説，口味也會為不同地域的客人做調整，午餐我們吃的炒菜，好幾個晚上又翻單了。晚上單獨點的松茸雞湯鍋真的是推薦給大家！是那種玩好一天回來必須喝一碗熱騰騰香濃的湯來回血，反正比出去鎮上找的吃的強多了，又乾淨材料又新鮮。 最後再説幾句！必須參加老闆的私人定製貢嘎的越野路線，提前預訂！提前預訂！提前預訂！重要的事情説三遍，因為要約最好的攝影大師陳老師，越野户外達人今峯老師（擅長無人機拍攝），三位老師架着越野車帶我們無人區飛馳到4750無人的埡口感受蜀山之王貢嘎之美，此生永難忘。 萬語千萬，都是對卧蓮之不捨。感恩遇見卧蓮，期待江湖再見！ ps:老闆成都的卧蓮公寓更哇塞！還有所有的卧蓮都是寵物友好哦！帶着你的愛寵沖吧！
