這家本來住的一般就算了，因為新開所以裏面的房間味道很大，衹能在外面小床將就了一夜（還好訂的是兩張床的房型），已經不大舒服了，結果早上起來9點多到一樓吃早餐，桌上已經空空盪盪（如圖，前晚問過前台早餐是到9點半的），和阿姨説了一聲要碗米線，也是沒有下文，最後是通過攜程投訴解決問題，還是希望商家能重視客人的感受。

民宿很好，老闆人也很好，從建水到壩心網約車司機亂加價，聯繫老闆後，老闆幫忙找車，後來坐客車去的壩心，老闆還去收費站接的我們。湖景房看湖景好漂亮，遺憾的是想看日出卻陰天。房間乾淨衞生，最難得的是衞生間還有洗手液。
