Hilton brand used to be my hotel of choice. After some very disappointing stays toward the end of Covid I decided I was switching to anything but Hilton. I should have stuck with my commitment. As the previous poster said our room ($350) was very small. The corridors were old and dingy. When I walked into the room I went to look out the window and there was a view of a rooftop, a large dumpster of trash and a delapidated building with graffiti. In fact there are several abandoned buildings surrounding the property so the area isn’t great. They still don’t have daily housekeeping. I have been in Hawaii for 10-days now and my other hotels all had daily cleaning and it was excellent. There is no excuse for Hilton to not being this service back. That is a key reason people like to stay at hotels vs VRBOs. Hilton is putting the savings in their own pocket as their rates haven’t been adjust to reflect the significant reduction in service. Luckily we are only staying one night. The checkin was nice and the agent was friendly. The grounds (toward the water) were nice. I also agree with the other poster as I question why a resort fee at this property. If you get an ocean view room and don’t mind the lack of maid service then you should be ok. Definitely don’t stay in the odd numbered rooms in the ancillary building or you will view the ghetto.

Great hotel, central location. We were upgraded to an oceanfront room. Amazing views from the balcony. We certainly made the most of view. Clean, service was good and no issues. Highly recommend

Our holiday at the Four Seasons Hualalai was simply perfect. The resort is a dream, you feel like you're in paradise in this well-kept tropical setting. The staff are exceptionally nice, the food in all the restaurants is excellent, and the sports facilities, such as the fitness centre and semi-olympic pool, are top-notch.

The staff at the Wyndham Kona was awesome, especially Joy, the woman who helped us make a lei. The front desk staff was very helpful. Our room smelled clean, but on closer examination the carpet needed cleaning and the area around the kitchen faucet needed attention. Probably due for a remodel. The facilities were good, but we wish there was something happening at the bar area of the pool. Our deck overlooked the pool/hot tub courtyard which was lovely, and not noisy. The grounds are nicely maintained. The only negative aspect was that we had trouble confirming our reservation. After my husband read reviews about people arriving and not having a reservation, I called the resort a number of weeks before our arrival. The woman I spoke to was very pleasant, but unable to confirm, suggesting that I call trip.com. Trip.com confirmed the reservation, and explained that they had sent a file to the resort, and the resort must not have opened it yet. I called a week later, and received the same information, so I asked trip.com to contact the resort, which they did. I believe that I made three calls to the resort and three calls to trip.com before the reservation was confirmed by Wyndham about a week before our arrival, which was a bit of a hassle, but everyone I spoke to was pleasant and tried to help. One person in a review said that they checked in late, after four I believe, and there was a problem with their reservation, but that wasn't an issue for us. We gave the resort our flight arrival time of 2:30, and they told us that we wouldn't be able to check in until 4pm, and we might as well go to Costco, which we did. Everything was fine.

When we check in, the front desk lady was being nice and friendly Unfo you missed our room for housekeeping the next day and we came back after 6pm, called the front desk to arrange it and was rejected at first as after 4pm. At the end a lady came by and changed the towels. We didn’t put any DNB sign on so it was entirely upto your handling, not upto our expectation for Marriott group in this regards

We loved every aspect about the hotel. It was well appointed. The rooms were amazing. The service was great. The sister property was a nice bonus. The beach was awesome and not a piece of plastic was seen on the beach or in the ocean. The check-in experience was pleasantly memorable with leis and welcome beverage. The reuseable water bottle may be the best gift I have received ever. We will be back and hopefully stay longer and more often.

Positives: The property and villas are stunning. Beautifully manicured gardens, spacious, well designed villas and sweeping ocean views. The hotel also has a fantastic story. Founded in the 60’s, it was decimated by the tsunami in 2011. It was then rebuilt and opened in 2023. We spoke with a number of hotel guests who visited the hotel prior to the tsunami and regularly came back. That’s a testament the charm of the hotel. The service was impeccable. Every server / bar tender was top draw. One clear highlight was the Roots dinner which they do every couple of weeks. If you have the chance to attend, I would highly recommend it. It’s a perfectly designed communal dinner with outstanding food and a stunning setting. It’s also relatively affordable at around $200 per person (that includes unlimited food and drink). Ship wreck bar is one of the most unique and memorable bars I’ve ever visited. Great spot. The restaurant food was good (not spectacular, but good). Despite all the positives, we definitely saw some issues you wouldn’t expect from a resort charging almost $2,000 per night. The pool service was super slow and you could rarely get a drink unless you actively flagged down a member of staff. The drinks were often wrong (mistakes happen) but the servers would take off and it would be 20 mins until we could get the correct ones. The golf cart service was slow and super unreliable. We were told we’d be picked up at 5:50pm for the roots dinner. After multiple calls to the concierge, they eventually turned up at 6:10pm so we were 15 mins late to the dinner. We then tried to get a cart home after one of our dinners as it was raining. We waited 15 mins at the restaurant, when they told us it would be ANOTHER 15 mins until a cart would be available. In the end, we walked home in the pouring rain, ruining our shoes on the dirt road. The bikes are janky at best as the saddles and handle bars kept moving. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the hotel is beautiful. We did expect slightly better though for the hefty price tag.

Kristy, the pre-arrival ambassador, is the reason our stay was so memorable! She had emailed me prior to our stay to ask if I had any requests. I mentioned my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. I also mentioned that we were staying 3 nights total. The first 2 nights were under my name and the last night under my wife's name due to a free night award that she had in her Marriott Bonvoy account. I have Platinum elite status and one of the perks is complimentary breakfast for 2 each morning. I asked if she could extend the breakfast benefit to the 3rd night under my wife's name. She had no problem doing that even though Bonvoy rules say the hotel is not required to do that. I had also asked Kristy if we could stay in the same room for all 3 nights. I had been upgraded to a Na Hale wing room for the 2 nights under my name due to Suite Night Awards that I used. Kristy was able to get us to stay in the same upgraded room for the 3rd night under my wife's name for no additional charge. That was really nice. She went above and beyond. At check-in I was surprised that Kristy personally met my wife and I and walked us to our room. She also provided us with some cookies as a gift for our anniversary. She seems to care about her job and is the reason I'm writing this review. The 2nd floor room we had in the Na Hale wing was very nice. The Na Hale wing is a separate small building closer to the ocean with 14 rooms The bathroom was huge with 2 sinks and a LARGE walk in shower. We had a balcony looking at the fish pond and ocean. It was beautiful! Be aware that there is no elevator in the Na Hale wing, but that was not an issue for us. We ate the continental breakfast buffet each morning which was included for being a Platinum Bonvoy member. There was a $12/person upcharge for the full breakfast, but the continental breakfast was more than sufficient. The continental breakfast had fruits, breads, and pastries. It even included hot items such as waffles, pancakes, and one meat. BE AWARE that the breakfast area is outdoors and the birds are not afraid of people. They will fly on your table and eat your food if you aren't careful. Don't leave the table unattended with food on it. The downside to everything is the $30 resort fee. I absolutely hate resort fees and find them to be an easy way for hotels to get extra revenue. It did include a list of things including daily activities and 2 drinks. I knew of the resort fee beforehand, so it was no surprise. Overall a great stay and we would come back. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Kona on our 4th night and it wasn't comparable. The Waikoloa Beach location of the Marriott is much better than being in Kona.

힐로공항 바로옆에 있어서 좋았지만 호텔안이 엘레베이터가 없어서 캐리어 이동할때 조금 힘들수있습니다. 풍경은 좋지만 룸컨디션은 엄청 좋은편은 아닙니다.
