When checked in on 9/8 night with queuing time more than 20 minutes, the staff told me unable as they said the booking name is not same as my id. He asked me impolitely why it is not the same. I explained to him it is the preferred name booking via third party which always works for me in my entire life. I showed my photo id, the booking confirmation email, pdf and even the credit card used for booking is correct. So I don't understand their rationale. Harry the reception manger was called after a while. He rudely told me if I would do the same for booking the air ticket. I said the airport is different with the hotel but unfortunately he told it is the same. Honestly, I don't quite understand his point as my credit card can also be my initials instead of full name. After negotiating for another 15 minutes, he said he will do it this time out of the gesture of goodwill. So actually it can be worked outside the box but he chose just to provoke the customer. He was asked to print out the terms and conditions about what he said but nothing was shown. He even told me not to argue but go to my room otherwise he will cancel the booking. It is ridiculous and unacceptable to treat your loyal member. Furthermore, £10 was requested for deposit but nothing was shown in the account after the payment. It's another fraud. The Marriott membership number was requested to put into the account for accumulating the points but was refused. Trip.com was contacted but they require hotel to accommodate but unfortunately it was rejected again by the hotel. The room amenities were very limited without any toothpaste and slippers which are quite basic stuff. The hairdryer was disgusting with hair still stuck at the back of the dryer. All the evidence had been attached. For check out, it takes another 20 minutes to sort the parking issue but still could not be fixed as the staff Ben said it's not their problem but another parking app provider. So nothing was their problem at all. To be frank, it is very surprised to learn this poor experience with Marriott hotel which makes me reconsider your brand.

Great location. It is near the bus stop that can go to the Heathrow airport and to the tube station.

I was really impressed with the decoration and vibe of this hotel. It was stylish and very cool. Comfortable bed, big TV and good breakfast.

Wonderful stay, I may said it is the best hotel I have lived in London. Thank you for arrange us to the highest floor and enjoy a fascinating view in morning. You may go to Heathrow Airport by bus, but there are to many choices for you, so great!

Amazing hotel, good value for money. Has a gym and private parking too. Would highly recommend.

Bit far from the airport but happa H2D bus stop outside the hotel which is charge £6.8 or you can take bus to there walk about 3mins lee than £2 and of course you can take a taxi to there too Booked for double room but they give me the twin bed .ask for Change but full house(as usual) Anyway only one night,so don’t waste time,I had £12 breakfast 🧐🧐 not worth Perhaps won’t be stay again next time to Heathrow

The room was noisy and not very clean. I was tired and jet lagged and felt like the reception was not very helpful but I could have just been over tired anyways. There are better alternatives for a similar price on the same road

Base for one full day in central London, a compromise but an OK decision. No wow factor but provided everything that we needed for a two night stay.

Convenient. Quiet despite near airport. Staff excellent. Pleasant atmosphere. Very good breakfast cheaper than local cafes!

Aircon was heating instead of cooling, no drinking water in the room, no fridge, bed too soft, 15 decaf coffee packs in the room but only 2 with coffein. if the window is open its too loud. gym was ok, drinking water there contained chlorine. i think the hotel is well booked, the more it is disappointing that they don't give much effort to make it stand out.

After a 12 hour flight, staying at Moxy was a welcome relief. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They explained everything we needed to know so we could enjoy our stay. The room was spacious for a family of 4, it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. There was a large selection of food and drinks ajd was a great wah to start the day. There is a small gym on the ground floor which is well stocked with a variety of exercise equipment. The theme and decor of the hotel is modern and artistic. Locstion wise, it is easy to get to from Heathrow Airport. Overall, we had a great stay and wished it could have been longer.

The environment and atmosphere are good. Breakfast and extra meals taste good too.

This is always good and acceptable option with proximity to airport with direct and short transport to airport.

Good hotel however very rude check in, also ask for ID and Credit Card, no where else in the UK ask for this plus also bed mattress too bouncy and only one pillow per person, not good enough
