Hotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.

Food and service was awful ! When we first arrived, we found the big blue hotel (no, not the one in Blackpool) to be conveniently placed. The parking was empty, (later we realised the hotel was fairly empty!) so the EV charging was very accessible. £16 a night to park, plus EV Costs. The room was a good size. There are 6 lifts, all fast. The tv was good with lots of films to choose from - extra cost though! We chose IF which was £7.99. Now, the reality. The check in process wasnt exactly friendly, they let us stand at the wrong desk for the first 10 mins while staff walked around us, and ignored us. Then we realised there was another reception desk at the other end of the hall. There was no information offered or smiles. But whatever. We then went for dinner. The restaurant was empty. No atmosphere. The first order we made was for drinks. They didn’t have the wine I wanted (only 4 options to chose from mind, but that left 3). They didn’t have the beer my husband chose either. Then the food, a strange collection of options. Lots is spicy food, so it felt like an Indian restaurant with some English/italian dishes added. The food was bland. But the worst part was that my son’s pizza was served to the table next to us that arrived 30 minutes after us! So we had our food and my son had to wait another 20 mins for his to arrive. They did apologise, but were laughing as they told us, so I wasn’t impressed by this. Mistakes happen, but the laughing added insult to injury. The maid didn’t know how to make a bed and had folded the duvet inside the covers, which we hadn’t realised until we were getting into bed, so we had to re-‘make the bed. Breakfast - very limited choice on the buffet. We had already paid for breakfast as part of the deal. But we saw a menu on the table and thought fair enough, we’ll order from that and pay more again. Chose pancakes and waffles for the kids. Tried to order it only to be told that none of this was available to order. It was just a place mat. That was the final straw. We checked out and found a hotel that might offer some decent service.

In all honesty, I chose this hotel for its plane-spotting opportunities while I had meetings in Central London. And it didn't disappoint - the views of A380s flying past my window while I lay in bed were amazing! A big shout out to frontman Albert, who was fantastic on my arrival too. My room was really nice and big and the bed comfortable. I didn't get to use the facilities on account of the meetings and the planes lol, but the breakfast choice looked good.

Stayed 2 nights in June’24 during family vacation. The property is quite spacious and well maintained, situated nearby to Heathrow Airport and opposite to Tube station, however far-off from City centre. We reached hotel early; no early check-in was allowed. We kept our luggage at the reception and went out to visit Windsor Castle. Post visit and lunch, we returned to the hotel at 3 pm, then also one out of two room was not completely ready. Seems hotel is very particular about check-in time. We were allotted rooms in 4th floor. The rooms were fairly spacious and neatly done. The window was opening towards adjacent main road and had uninterrupted view and sunlight. The washroom was clean too and provided with clean towel and toiletries. The corridor lights have automatic On-Off system based on presence of people. It seems to be a preferred hotel for large travel groups, the hotel lobby and lift become very busy and crowded, especially in the morning. the parking was almost full too with travel bus. The buffet breakfast had reasonable spread, however were repetitive. The staffs were friendly. Overall a comfortable stay to kick start the family vacation.

Checked in to this hotel to get some sleep before our early morning, long flight back to Australia due to its proximity to Heathrow Terminal 4. Check in was fine, restaurant was fine, and facilities were ok, except for what appeared to be a group of teenagers from Europe (possibly a school group) running up and down the hallway, banging on each others doors, yelling and screaming at each other in the small hours waking us from our sleep. We approached hotel staff at reception, after thinking it would subdue after a short time, but didn't, response was 'we can't control all the hotel guests'! What a response, thus the reason for this poor review.

AA booked us here after a cancelled flight. We took the Underground train to get there – the first stop from the airport so it didn’t take long. It is catty-corner to the train exit. We had a room with a king bed. The shower was good but it didn’t drain fast enough so I had to stop the shower before I really wanted to for fear it would flood the bathroom itself. There is a tea kettle in the room with a few teas and sugar. A small refrigerator is also in the room. The hair dryer is plugged in a drawer which made it more difficult to dry your hair. I had to bend over or get on my knees to dry my hair. There were plenty of ports for phones and computers. The breakfast buffet is from 6:30-10. It’s your typical buffet – eggs, sausage, fruit, bread. They only had one tea which was disappointing.

I stayed in room 5317 for a relaxing night with my husband but unfortunately the night was not very pleasant, we had an incident where a drunk man invaded our room at around 2 am shouting and punching the door making our experience bad, I spoke to one of the managers at next morning and I send emails without response from them. Honestly I expected something decent from a 4 start hotel Still waiting for a reply

Stayed for our anniversary. They upgraded us to a beautiful room and also filled the room with red rose petals it was a nice surprise. Nothing was too small for the staff to do fir us to make our stay wonderful 😊 The breakfast you had loads of choice couldn't believe my husband had seconds it was perfect he was impressed with the hot chocolate 🍫. Only down side was the pillows were to soft had to ask for extras but that was all everything was taken care. The staff were lovely and polite. Couldn't ask for more. The nicest thing was we were plane spotting. The sunset was perfect too what a way to end a perfect day💕

Booked this hotel through AGODA. Somehow after confirmation there was only one adult on the booking instead of my family. I called AGODA minutes after the booking explaining this who got in touch with the hotel who said I had to pay an amendment fee of £80. I tried for 4 days daily calling the hotel and AGODA to find out how to pay this extra amount. They both reassured me that I can pay the amendment on check-in. One day later AGODA cancelled my booking for non payment of the extra fee and I have lost my money. Neither party are entertaining my booking and they have taken ALL the money. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE THIEVES AND HAVE Appalling CUSTOMER SERVICE. Book with a proper hotel chain and pay a bit more than give your money to these crooks. Would give them less than 1 star if u could

Restricted wifi (no online gaming, for example), stuffy air in the rooms and rather abysmal breakfast makes this otherwise well located and functional hotel a bit of a painful experience. The rooms are spacious, but the beds are harder than you might have been used to, and the pillows... the pillows are not good. Having said that, service is nice enough and as said, the vicinity to Hatton Cross station makes it easy place to venture into the city and save some money for the lodging.
