We had 2 rooms reserved. The first room was reserved one night prior to the 2nd night. My daughter took a shower and the water wouldn't drain so we were moved to another room. My son and his family came in on Thanksgiving night. I went to check them in and had reserved a family room. The AC did not work so they were moved into 2 separate rooms since there were no more family rooms and was told there were no adjoining rooms left. The front desk was going to move them to the EXACT room that we had moved from the night before and the room next to it. I asked the lady if they had repaired the room since that's were we had moved from the night before. She told me NO the maintenance was off for Thanksgiving. She then moved them to another 2 rooms that were next to each other on another floor. They stayed that night but they noticed that the daughter seem to have a difficult time breathing. Mom noticed mold then BLOOD on the chair. I went to the front desk AGAIN! Another lady at the front desk and when she went to move them, AGAIN for the 3rd time I was given the EXACT same room that I was given the 1st night-the one that the shower did not drain!!!! That lady said she would remove the room and report it to maintenance. Can't believe this!!! This time we decided to leave one room as is then just move the ”girls” room. This time the lady gave me a couple of rooms for me to check out before moving. First try....something dark on the AC unit, 2nd try....maybe OK...3rd try...mold and smelly room due to AC being off. Finally after several tries, the girls finally got a room!!! We had had it! He ended up calling the corporate office and spoke to someone who called the hotel to see WHAT was going on. Oh, and by the way....hardly any food for the ”Grab and Go” breakfast. We had to go to a restaurant to eat. When asked about breakfast for the following day, the man at the front desk said they should have food for our last day since the truck was coming in. If you want to use the gym, bring your own wipes and sanitizer since they do not supply anything to wipe down the equipment and the only sanitizer near the gym is down the hall. You may NOT want to stay at this hotel.

Very clean and hotel like for a motel. Would stay again for sure. The rooms are hotel quality, its just that its a motel. Very affordable. Showers are not run down, and the service by the front desk was amazing. She did a great job making me feel welcomed

I loved my stay the amenities worked my room where constantly cleaned on a daily basis and they had a business center which was the most important thing in my stay. The only thing they should work on is the smell on the hallway but everything is clean
