Stay safe good place

I booked this hotel with breakfast together but when I check in, front desk said no record about booking with breakfast and asked me to call the agent to call back the hotel for confirmation even when I showed the booking letter with full booking information. I felt I’m not welcome and told her this is their job to clarify instead of me. Anyway, she issued me the breakfast vouchers even not willing to. And the next morning there is an envelope with breakfast vouchers inside left under my door. I felt they are very careless on doing things. Others hotel facilities and stuffs are good!

Horrible customer service, bar was never opened and elevator issues!

I booked it without reading google reviews which gives more accurate description of this junk hotel which needs upgrading and also doesn't deserve 4 star or Hilton name due to the poor condition and filthy rooms

It is nice hotel. Especially the customer service is much better than other i stay in hotel. When I could not use Internet ,they help me how to surface it and even return car instead of me

Facilities: It is an older hotel, but the hotel building is very large, so it should be used for meetings or events. Hygiene: OK, clean and tidy. Environment: There is a back garden, and the atmosphere and environment of the restaurant are good. Service: OK, but you need some patience. The hotel delayed the breakfast confirmation for a long time at first, but it was finally resolved.

The hotel is conveniently located and has easy parking. Check-in was quick, the front desk staff was warm and considerate, efficient, and arranged rooms according to check-in requirements. The room was reasonably laid out, clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, which helped with sleep.
