Ulasan Comfort Inn Southwest Fwy at Westpark

The Hotel itself is fantastic alongside the staff the thing that did not satisfy me was the Housekeeping staff entering without permission when we weren’t present that shouldn’t be granted. Overall its Perfect location wise and service wise.

I loved my stay the amenities worked my room where constantly cleaned on a daily basis and they had a business center which was the most important thing in my stay. The only thing they should work on is the smell on the hallway but everything is clean

酒店位置還算可以。前台接待禮貌高效，必須用房卡才能乘坐電梯和使用一樓衞生間。房間和走廊有濃重的味道，類似印度人身上的味道。床軟且有支撐，布草較新。有燙衣板和熨斗，有咖啡機但是燒水費勁，衞生間馬桶沖水強勁，洗浴噴頭固定在牆上，衞生間洗手盆下水堵不能鎖上，否則不能提上來，存水就排不了。臨近公路但不吵，免費早餐保證基本需求，沒有蔬菜，衹有水果，適合預算底的客人。

Bad smell of humidity at the bedroom also bad conditions of elevators. I used to stay in Comfort Suites in Orlando and was a better condition

Would not recommend .. small rooms. Exhaust fan not working in restroom, keys to enter the room do not work most of the times.. old property.. laundry is not available right now. Lots of other issues..

Found four cockroaches in our room. Breakfast was great but they didn’t have juice, just water and coffee.

It’s in a very crowded area but the rooms are super quite, close to everything, the breakfast was simple but always fresh… I would definitely stay again if I come back.

My room smelled like cigarettes. I asked for a non smoking room and was charged for the room smelling like nasty cigarettes. Shame on you for giving me that damn room

Feeling unsafe for being behind an abandoned gas station where lot of homeless individuals gather

They had roaches in my room , moved me to another room , just for the toilet to not work . It was hours before someone even came to my room and flush it after i used . I had to manually flush the toilet my whole weekend because they didn’t have anyone there to fix it . We had to go down to the lobby some many times because every time go to our rooms our key cards didn’t work. They never had washcloths or towels, we constantly had to wait for them to wash clothes waiting hours to wash and for someone to bring us clean one . I complained to the manager just for him to say we can’t refund you and do anything about my complains , you could have at least took a day off because no one should ever have to experience anything like i experienced at this hotel . This is the worst hotel, they’re dirty , rude and very inconvenient. I won’t ever stay here again and don’t recommend it at all

Stay away from Comfort Suites. They didn't want to take my Chime Debit card arguing that it's a pre paid card. When I informed otherwise, the person at the desk was very rude.

They should get new blankets and sheets other than that it's a very convenient place to lay ur head

The guy at night shift for check in was rude and they gave me a room with a king bed when I chose two queen bed. In front of hotel entrance there is homeless people camping.
