Location not very ideal

酒店太老舊了，大堂黑咕隆咚，設備都老化了，湊活用，周邊有公園，可以散步，周邊基本沒有商業，逛街不方便

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very unique and clean. The bed was perfect.

Beware! I was charged additional fees for room service. $50 tip that wasn’t authorized along with double dipping charges multiple charges that make no sense! Memorial city location is Fabulous! Not this location

This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations immediately. Unfortunately, I had no practical option but to stay the night. The following morning, I checked out right away because I did not wish to continue my stay. What makes the experience even more frustrating is the cost. I paid over $400 for a single night and I feel that money was completely wasted. Given the condition of the room and the overall experience, the price was nowhere near justified. I genuinely regret booking this property and cannot recommend it to travelers seeking the upscale, luxury experience that is advertised.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel and service. Filled with eccentric decor but other than that beautiful.
