環境：五星級酒店該有的氣派都有，大堂很敞亮，房間很大氣，床品也挺舒服 衞生：很滿意，也一直看到阿姨在拖地，房間裏也很乾凈 服務：入住前有提前打電話問需求，也很感謝給我升級了房間，但是當到達酒店後，我們拿着一堆行李但是並沒有服務人員上前幫忙，打電話要求多送一床被子等也感覺很不耐煩，沒有禮貌用語和微笑服務，倒是中餐廳的服務人員都很nice。另外也沒有提醒早餐時間，早餐居然9:30就結束了，導致錯過了早餐
