We had a wonderful time with truly outstanding service, we have to mention Vivian from the front desk she put in so much extra effort to help us with the required covid testing for returning home and getting the results. She went over and beyond her duties, really amazing of Vivian In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.

房間位置不錯，在卧室就能看見水庫的景色，非常的漂亮，醒來有個小插曲，沒電了，房東也儘快幫着解決了，想要安靜的看看景色的朋友可以來，大露台太漂亮了。

觀瀾社區非常大，酒店 咖啡廳 餐廳 超市 萌寵樂園都很便利，環境非常好，美景如畫。這次扶老攜幼入住湖邊的聯排別墅，推開門就是一望無際的湖水，這感覺太好了。但是一樓衹有餐廳廚房，沒有卧室，對長者來講爬上爬下有點累。服務人員都特別熱情，很關照長者，入住體驗很好，期待下次再來。

步行到海淀外國語京北校區大概5-7分鐘，老闆一家人都很好，飯菜可口，早餐既營養又健康，頭一天晚上點的水煮肉，燒茄子，也都很好吃，據老闆說原來他家就是開飯館的，房間也還挺乾淨的，院裏還有各種蔬菜瓜果，來接送娃的話，住他家是不錯的選擇。

We went in the low season so it’s value for the money. Very quiet at night and we had a good night sleep. The outdoor hot spring was way too hot that I could barely put in my foot. And it didn’t show the temperature. So end up we went back indoor for the hot spring. The location is quite far from everything. Bit hard for those who’s travel with public transportation.
