真的太超值了，本來是覺得這麼便宜先看看再住的，這種又便宜環境又好的酒店太少了，一定要推薦，雖然臨馬路，也很安靜

酒店部分房間正在裝修的，屋內有些味道，多通通風會好些，這不影響酒店整體的住宿感覺，酒店硬件在這座小城應該算頂流，服務人員也挺熱情，還有門前的停車場，不用擔心停車問題。再來懷仁出差時還會選擇這裏。

週末入住了藍海御華酒店，入住當晚出現房間沒有熱水洗澡的情況，放水十五分鐘都沒有熱水，跟酒店溝通換到高樓層後解決了熱水情況但發現床墊特別硬，是彈簧接觸人體的那種感覺。凌晨十二點和前台溝通換房，看了四間房都沒有同時解決熱水和床墊問題，衹能採取一間睡覺另一間高樓層房間洗澡的方案。第二天退房時與前廳領導溝通尋求解決方案，本人希望酒店退50%房費以表達態度，但酒店高層領導不同意本人方案僅願意補償50元房費，理由是我入住了兩間房，影響了酒店售賣。我一直表態，能否接受我的訴求是酒店方的態度，本人衹尋求酒店方表達一個積極的態度，整體房價不高補償50元和補償50%房費也衹差100元而已，衹是想看酒店態度而非金額多少。酒店領導的處理態度令我失望，此外在換房過程中發現房間洗浴備品沒有洗髮水，廁所膠條脱落的情況，希望酒店管理層後期加強人員培訓以及在客户滿意度方面給予更多的關注。
