Clean and tidy rooms just outside the main walking street . It’s about 15 minutes walk to hotel and have no complaints of this place as the service is great

Best value and reasonable price for budget travelers. -Location Easy access by bus 301 (every hour) from the station, otherwise Taxi would the best option ($140). Many restaurants, department store, supermarket, laundromat, convenience stores, cultural and creative industrial park and so on. -Room Spacious, old bathroom but partly updated room. Cleaning service was provided everyday if needed. NO bottled water provided, however, they have a goods section which you can purchase bottled water, lazar, toothbrushes etc for only NTD5. Bed was nice and firm, comfortable:) -Staff Very kind and friendly, both staff I spoke to could communicate in English and a bit of Japanese. Reception closes at night so you need to use your card key to get back into a hotel. Overall 4 star, would love to stay here again if I ever go back to Hualien.

Very clean hotel and absolute location friendly staff and nice environment

A nice boutique hotel -- locations not bad with a mall across the street, and Family Mart + 7-11 at the other side of the junction. Gentle reminder to bring own bath towels as these are not provided by the hotel. View from the room is not too bad :)

Loved this place. Excellent value, well run. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clearn. I saw the cleaning staff working all morning every day. The desk people are helpful. You have to pay extra for shower towels but I actually think it's a great idea !! We need to preserve the environment. Only use what you need. It's good for the customer too -- because the hotel can give better rates. Every hotel should do this.

Hotel is ok, location is ok. But they don't give towels and they didn't have available parking as stated.

the bed will make a noise if you move so hard, it's really annoying

Clean and tidy. Staff is helpful. A larger TV would be better.

Nice hotel with great staff! Location is good as it is very close to multiple good restaurants, a mall and several convenience stores.

Overall a pleasant stay, nothing out of the ordinary.

Not provide bath towel, drinking bottle. Shower room is not well design to stop water leaking to outside. Daily cleaning is not thorough.  You still see dirt on the floor.  Bath room mirror still has stain.

Clean room and good service from counter staff. Near a shopping mall and 711/FamilyMart. Definitely value for money.
