Hotel berhampiran Tianxiang Plum Garden, Hualien

The pool is biggest ever tried in Taiwan, kid is having fun. The facility is impressed after renovation, but few things can be improved; 1. The buffet restaurant is small, easily overfull and took long line to get in on peak hours. 2. The bed is too hard, this is quit disappointed, it seems to me the bed was not upgrade during the room renovation. V

Location- near to Hualien station about 5-8mins walk. U won’t miss the hotel as it is painted a bright yellow. You can spot it from far! Food- Complimentary ice cream, coffee and juices are avail 24hrs. Snacks - crackers, tea jelly are avail from 3-8pm. Breakfast and supper are complimentary. Now this is really unexpected. Breakfast consists of meat, vegs, eggs. Chinese, western and veg options. Supper is lighter eg porridge rice curry potato and eggs vegs. Cocktail is avail and yes, complimentary too. Also fruits. Service- I was at first skeptical. To name a Hotel kindness will imply the hotel embraces the kindness value. True to its name, staff are polite and kind and goes out to help guests. U don’t need a password to log into wifi, I haven’t been to a hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. I was suprised that the hotel is painted bright yellow and I realise it helps guests to locate the hotel as all other buildings are all grey and black and the yellow really lights up the area. I find it a thoughtful gesture. Room- Room is big. They gave me two queen size bed for three pax. There is also a bathtub. Amenities are provided. Oh yes, complimentary laundry service with washing powder provider. Now isn’t this thoughtful and kind and really take care of the guests esp those traveling with kids. Water refill is available at each floor next to the lift. Would definitely stay in the hotel if I go to Hualien again and yes, would love to stay in kindness hotel in different parts of Taipei too! Ia layak menjadi 100 hotel resort terbaik. Saya melihat niat pengendali di mana-mana, seperti penutup kertas tandas, tikar botol air, dan lain-lain. Sarapan pagi juga baik, dan butirannya sedang diselenggara!

Selepas memasuki hotel, saya sangat terkejut. Ia jauh lebih teruk daripada yang saya jangkakan, dan ia agak bersih. Bilik itu kecil tetapi selesa. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah kalis bunyi lebih teruk, kerana kami sekeluarga dan saya takut membuat bising.

Saya tinggal di bilik quadruple mewah dengan pemandangan laut. Balkoni terletak di sebelah pantai dan mempunyai pemandangan yang baik. Oleh kerana ia adalah tanah yang landai di tepi laut, bilik di tingkat pertama mesti menuruni tangga. Sekiranya anda mempunyai orang tua dengan pergerakan terhad, tidak digalakkan memilih jenis bilik ini. Nasib baik, ada kakitangan yang berminat untuk menolong bagasi. Terdapat 16 botol minuman di dalam peti sejuk di dalam bilik, yang sungguh tulus!

因為飯店地處富源森林公園 所以訂房都是一泊二食 早餐晚餐都是自助式buffet 餐點品項雖然不多但口味還不錯 早餐還吃得到花蓮有名的「公正包子」 中午退房服務人員還貼心準備了排骨飯餐盒讓我們走完步道可填飽肚子 四人房室內空間不大但乾淨舒適浴室內泡湯池很大 泡湯超舒適放鬆 這裡生態豐富 停車場附近的樹上和夢幻花園裡到處是一群一群的紫斑蝶飛舞 適合全家來這裡放鬆泡湯、走步道和觀察生態

Stayed one night, booked the package including access to marine park with breakfast. Arrived at 1330 and took the last free bus iMR 1400 to the marine park and spent a few hours watching the sea lion and dolphins. Back to the hotel to the room with fantastic with sea views. Hotel is huge, outdoor swimming pool was closed but great space to walk around and admire the sunset over the sea or back towards the mountains and Hualien city. Good buffet breakfast, busy but well organised - would definitely recommend for families with children.

想預定接駁車但是酒店電話一直打不通，後來發現一天衹有一班往返花蓮火車站，新都火車站距離會近一點步行10min左右去，但是去花蓮市區不太方便來回車費100人民幣左右。酒店的風景沒得說，沒去體驗沙灘但是聽說還不錯。早餐種類豐富，想吃什麼都還不錯。想看風景的話這個酒店首選，追求方便和房間內的設施的話可能要等年底艾美開業啦。

Sikap layanan sangat baik, dan peningkatan bilik untuk kami sangat terharu. Siling tinggi di lobi sangat ber***a dan selesa. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan bandar. Tempat letak kenderaannya juga sangat senang. Tempat tidur di dalam bilik sangat baik dan keseluruhan perasaannya sangat baik dan selesa. Ia adalah malam yang baik untuk tidur dengan tenang. Bilik ini mempunyai cermin berdiri besar, yang merupakan bonus. Terdapat juga tab mandi di mana anda boleh mandi sambil menonton pemandangan. Nilai cp agak tinggi. Perlu dicadangkan, saya ingin berkunjung lagi sekiranya saya berkesempatan

在台灣很難得遇見的酒店，有整幢三層的水上樂園。可以泡湯，小童玩水區，標準游泳池，露天風呂。酒店像個城堡，每處都有遊樂設施，適合親子旅遊。第二晚上的煙花連續放了十幾分鐘誠意十足。房間空間很大，內有溫泉湯池很方便。
