Hotel berhampiran Xiangde Temple, Hualien

We got upgraded to a bigger quad room with windows for free, which was very nice. Room: The room space may be small if you have many luggages, but there's no complaining at this price range because it's a steal! You can save some space if you bring your luggage to your bedside. An electricity outlet can be found on every bed, which is unquestionably very convenient. Cups, teabags, hairdryer, and slippers are provided. Bathroom: The bathroom is clean, and it is a private bathroom inside the room (not shared bathroom outside the room!). Towels, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided as well. Public area: There is a public area (like a kitchen) and an outdoor sitting area on the ground floor where you can make your own coffee or milk tea (which are provided there). Water dispenser can also be found there. There's a friendly (wild) cat too! Service: The staff was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage: If you're looking to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, your luggage will just be stored on the corridor beside the counter with no safety other than ”name labels”. Safety: Password will be required for entry into the inn after certain time at night. Location: The inn is located close to the bus station, but some walking may be needed (which won't take long unless you carry big luggages). Convenience stores and some restaurants can be found within walking distance from the inn.

Location- near to Hualien station about 5-8mins walk. U won’t miss the hotel as it is painted a bright yellow. You can spot it from far! Food- Complimentary ice cream, coffee and juices are avail 24hrs. Snacks - crackers, tea jelly are avail from 3-8pm. Breakfast and supper are complimentary. Now this is really unexpected. Breakfast consists of meat, vegs, eggs. Chinese, western and veg options. Supper is lighter eg porridge rice curry potato and eggs vegs. Cocktail is avail and yes, complimentary too. Also fruits. Service- I was at first skeptical. To name a Hotel kindness will imply the hotel embraces the kindness value. True to its name, staff are polite and kind and goes out to help guests. U don’t need a password to log into wifi, I haven’t been to a hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. I was suprised that the hotel is painted bright yellow and I realise it helps guests to locate the hotel as all other buildings are all grey and black and the yellow really lights up the area. I find it a thoughtful gesture. Room- Room is big. They gave me two queen size bed for three pax. There is also a bathtub. Amenities are provided. Oh yes, complimentary laundry service with washing powder provider. Now isn’t this thoughtful and kind and really take care of the guests esp those traveling with kids. Water refill is available at each floor next to the lift. Would definitely stay in the hotel if I go to Hualien again and yes, would love to stay in kindness hotel in different parts of Taipei too! In my opinion, Parkview Hotel is one of the nicest hotel for families in Hualien. The deluxe family room we booked has 2 queen beds and very spacious. The breakfast buffet is nice, with a good collection of traditional ********* congee breakfast and international selection such as omelette station, salad, etc. There is a dedicated indoor haven for children with all sorts of games from go cart, different kinds of video games, etc. There's indoor pool, gym, pool table, etc for adults. There's also a coin operated laundry machine and dryer.

L'hôtel est propre et profite d'une belle piscine. Il est cependant dommage de devoir payer pour profiter de l'espace sauna. Aussi des vélos sont disponibles mais payant, cependant le prix est raisonnable. Étant donné que l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre,il serait je pense judicieux de proposer les vélos sans frais. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Merci.

Amazing place, Hasir is an amazing place for lunch by the pool and Ali our server was beyond excellent accommodating and pleasant… all the food is fresh. Drinks are sooo good…great salads … friendly fir families

Location - Hotel was a bit far from the train station (as expected) but also a short walk to nearby bus stations (not expected) about 7-10 mins depending on which bus you took to get to the bus/train station. Room - There are three separate buildings you can live in. I was in building 3 and my room looked a little old. The air con wasn't working, I had to turn it off because the heat button didn't work at all. The bathroom tub/shower area had some mold spots but otherwise it was clean. Bedding and linens were soft and clean. Lightening was very bad, basically only 4 tiny overhead lights and 1 desk lamp. Amenities - mini fridge was handy, so was the kettle. Service - staff was nice and helpful at checkin / checkout. Overall I'm surprised it's a Ramada. I don't think I would stay again but for the price it is acceptable for a night.

The room is huge, with everything you need. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby, and the host shows us all the amenities including the drinking fountain and coffee machine. There is a big dining area on the ground floor, with cute decorations. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is clean, comfortable and pocket friendly. The location is quite strategic. There are many restaurants in the vicinity so you don't have to worry about going hungry. This hotel also provides some snacks & drinks in the lobby which you can enjoy all day from 09⁰⁰ - 22⁰⁰. The customer service is also friendly, it's just a bit difficult to communicate. I chose a standard room but the facilities are complete (AC, mini fridge, hairdryer, hot water maker, toiletries, clothes hanger). I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Hualien. Recommended!

Location is good, but only provided one soft pillow which is hard to lie on. Soundproofing could be better, can hear kids screaming in alleyway at night time.

Very central location. Very kind and responsive host. Check-in procedure should be communicated ahead of time. No elevator. Overall, positive experience in the end.
