房間有上下兩層，有森林小屋的感覺。入住三天，第一天在前台，一位工作人員可能業務不熟，也可能剛開業比較緊張，態度生硬，問她酒店是否有早餐，她不耐回復我預定的房間沒有包括早餐，可我衹是問這邊是否有提供早餐服務。我解釋幾遍，她衹一味告知早餐要給錢。好像客人要訛你家早餐。另外，有兩天晚上停電，原因是電線短路，一開熱水器就跳閘，去的那幾天氣溫比較低，因為停電的緣故，體驗感不好，氣溫低，一家人玩完回來想洗個澡，就是奢望。更擔心孩子洗一半停水停電，會着涼感冒，一直擔驚受怕。最後一晚換了房間，洗了一個平安澡。 服務除了第一天遇到的那位，其他還行吧。吐槽一下早餐，兩個很小的電煮鍋，一個煮餛飩，一個煮雞蛋，完全無法滿足客人的需求，一羣人站在小小餐廳等餛飩餃子的樣子，第一次見。 希望能改善。
