Outstanding. I rarely give 5 star reviews, but here it is well justified. The location is perfect if you want to hike up the mountain, the gate is only a short walk from the hotel. I have to mention the staff who went out of their way to make my trip as pleasant as possible. They seriously went out of their way, and even brought me to the train station for free. The room was much bigger than I had expected, very modern and had all the amenities you could want for a trip like this. I can’t recommend this place enough and would certainly stay here again!

The hotel is newly renovated. The room is well designed and super clean. The breakfast offers many choices including organic vegetables and eggs. The service I like the most is the pickup and drop-off from the train station and from the Mount Hua entrance. You just simply call them to arrange a pick up time but only if you have a Chinese phone number. Only hiccup is the front desk phone number listed on trip.com, is not the actual front desk number. The call will not be received. I had to use the hotel owner’s WeChat for communication for pickup.
All staff are very friendly, strongly recommended!
I really appreciated their hospitality. The owner’s WeChat is attached if you need to reach him to arrange pick up time directly.

This is a great little hotel to stay before and after hiking the mountain. The free pick-up and drop-off service makes life so easy. If you need anything just ask the owners. We used Wechat to communicate as my Chinese is very basic.
The owners have a little restaurant just around the corner and I had a delicious meal there. There's also plenty of options a short walk to the mountain scenic area.
I thought this was great value for money.

Great location and friendly staff. Booking through trip.com made it a simple process. The “room with a view” turned out to be a view of the people queuing up for a group tour all throughout the day just outside... Gotta use the curtains for privacy, and for keeping the heat in.
Breakfast is very subpar, however. The only decent restaurant available during my stay (Chinese New Year) was the KFC.

I was impressed by the hospitality of all staff here. When I first contacted the hotel, the manager offered me all transportations I needed including from Huashan station to the hotel, the hotel to Huashan entrance, as well as Huashan entrance back to the high speed train station. She also assisted me purchasing entrance, cable cars, and bus tickets. Even though I speak little Mandarin, our coordination was easy and went smoothly. The accommodation itself is located not far from Huashan entrance (~10 minutes by car). The room is affordable and suits for the price you pay for. The hotel did not have the breakfast at the time I stayed and was advised to find breakfast before going up the mountain (around the entrance area). Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

酒店裡華山的入口大約也就是1.2公里吧，非常的近。主要是為了大清早爬華山所以選了一個距離近的酒店果然很近。
因為沒在網上買票所以在酒店找了票務定的是北上西下的行程，酒店出票要七點半才能進華山。
晚上步行導航去了一家老師羊肉泡饃管的地方吃飯，有需要直接問服務員提供礦泉水，我前後要了四瓶，去爬山還貼心的送了登山手套。早餐六點鐘準時開品種，相對來説還可以，味道也還不錯。會推薦給親友。

Hotel ini terletak di Daerah Barat. Terdapat restoran berdekatan dan di dalam hotel, dan pakaian mendaki gunung disediakan.
Ada satu lagi yang saya nak 👍🏻suka. Malah bos menyediakan pengambilan dan penghantaran dari stesen, dan ia sangat cekap.
Jika anda sukakan persekitaran yang bersih dengan perkhidmatan yang baik dan tenaga yang baik, saya akan mengesyorkan yang ini.

PPengguna TetamuThe whole town is covered in ”floral hotels” so be careful to go to the right one. The place is seemingly only half finished and the pool/rooftop we came for was of course not in use and more like a construction site. AC was very weak and I found it too hot to sleep at night. Walls around the toilet and shower are clear glass, so the room offers zero privacy. (I'm really wondering who enjoys watching their partner take a **** - I don't get the designs of these rooms at all.) However, I will say the staff was absolutely lovely. Everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful and they will arrange pick up and drop off for you to/from the train station and the scenic area. We had dinner and breakfast there and really enjoyed the food! They also provided wine glasses and a bottle opener for us for the alcohol we brought ourselves. The location is convenient and the view from the roof (wish they had seating!) is fantastic and a nice preview before going up the mountain. For the price, I really can't complain too much of course - just be aware of these things when you book. We really appreciated the car service and food, so for these two factors alone, we would recommend it!

PPengguna Tetamu遲來的好評，去西安的行程第一天，安排在華山，因為趕在1月底之前華山免門票，然後提早了半個月定了這家棲山民宿，到了華山北站高鐵，就給老闆打電話，説可以接。一開始碰到老闆，感覺他不太愛説話，但是接觸了2天，老闆和老闆娘人真的都很好，下高鐵當天就在民宿吃晚餐，菜都很好吃，一家四大一小，2位長者因為怕爬不動，就沒上華山，然後老闆白天帶着四周轉轉，2天早餐都在民宿解決，早餐竟然還有熱菜，饅頭也很好吃，還有白煮蛋，住宿很乾凈，性價比超高。以後如果有機會再去，肯定會再選這家民宿！感謝老闆和老闆娘用心對待我們每一位遊客。

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel locates just across the station but it was not possible to walk there because of train tracks lie in between. Hotel details informed that they would provide free shuttle but reservation was required. It was hard to communicate with them about this. We asked a Chinese to talk to them from Kaifeng but communication did not get through. I think either that they don't know that they have free shuttle offer in their hotel details or they intentionally used the in formation to fish prospective customers. We ended up paying for our own shuttle and calmed down. Otherwise, the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff became friendly after we dropped the case about free shuttle.

We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great!
The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

SSteffanWe loved my stay at this hotel. Initially, we were planning to book a room at the more expensive Hotsprings hotel, but I am glad we didn't. The hotel owners were kind enough to take us directly to the hot springs and we purchased a day pass instead.
The husband and wife who own the hotel are wonderful people. They have Japanese-style cinema rooms with smart toilets and showers that are simply amazing. If you're looking for a weekend getaway with your gaming friends, they even have a room dedicated to E-sports.
This hotel opened its doors in 2022 and they certainly went all out to differentiate themselves from the bigger hotels. The prices are so affordable that you can book a room just to watch a movie, spend the day at the pool or even enjoy the online gaming room with your friends. I believe they put a lot of thought into their offerings and I wish them all the best for the future. I will definitely visit again.

CCameo19A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

MmarkFirst impression of this hotel/guest house is gained from entering the reception. It appears disorganised and, like the roads and footpaths in the area, in a dilapidated and ramshackle condition. There is stuff everywhere and it's a mess. The host is fine though and provided assistance when requested to locate her accommodation. The room is OK, however the tiled floor in winter is as cold as a refrigerator without a rug or carpet- no central heating, but aircon warms the interior enough. For some odd reason no proper cloth towels are provided. Only disposable towels, which aren't really enough to dry off after showering. On the positive side the hot water system is responsive and works well.

ZZ OoiIt rained when I reached the peak. The reception was kind to allow early checkin. There is heater in the 10-bed room. Hot water provided for own sachet of coffee and noodle cup. 1 cup of coffee costs 30 yuan. Breakfast as per photo attached. No water provided. Use cooled hot water for cleaning. . Good comfy bed.
