房間整潔明亮，洗漱用品齊全，裝修簡約時尚，頂樓曬台可以喝茶賞花觀山，院子裏面的花花草草都是老闆娘用心挑選的，四層的樓外牆皆有凌霄花、薔薇，還有爬山虎環繞着想來客棧的名由此而來，前台除了有爬山裝備可挑選還有不少關於華山的景點介紹的書刊可借閲，感謝老闆特地到汽車站接路上還介紹周邊環境，客棧離玉泉院也近，很愉快的一次入住

剛剛結束了一次令人難忘的住宿體驗，不得不提的是這家酒店的衞生服務很棒，從步入大堂的那一刻起，清新整潔的環境就讓人眼前一亮。客房內，床鋪很柔軟，毛巾和床單的更換及時且徹底，讓人倍感安心。特別要稱讚的是，清潔阿姨不僅工作細緻，連遙控器、開關這些小細節都不放過，確保了每個角落的乾淨。酒店還免費站和送遊客中心服務，讓人在當前環境下也能感到安全。整體而言，這家酒店的衞生很好，服務周到，讓人印象深刻，絕對是享受住宿體驗的首選

We chose this hotel based on good review and we were not disappointed! The hotel provides free pick up and drop off at Huashan Railway station. Also free drop off and pick up at the Huashan scenic areas entrance which makes it really convenient. Free hand gloves are provided for the Huashan climb which is very much appreciated. The hotel boss also helped us to purchase Huashan entrance rickets and cable car tickets when we had problem doing it ourself. The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves delicious local dishes at reasonable price. We were happy to have all our meals there during our 2 night stay. Hotel room and bed is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

衞生：天花板級別的乾淨衞生 環境：華山腳下，房間窗外有一片竹林，蟲鳴鳥叫，很安靜，出來幾天極差的睡眠在這裏得到了改善，床品，床墊都很舒適 服務：人未到，老闆就提前電話聯繫免費接送，賓至如歸，夫妻倆笑容可親，華山門票一條龍服務安排得妥妥的，老闆娘的餐飲手藝真的不錯，面對挑剔的我們提出的各種需求也想盡辦法滿足我們各種需求，很感恩，在異地它鄉，遇到家人般的照顧

酒店地理位置優越，距離徒步入口玉泉書院一丟丟距離（不想走路的話，優秀的老闆管接送到入口處~另外老闆還免費提供接送站服務，記得提前告知老闆到站時間呦）設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，衞生狀況良好，讓人感覺非常舒適。服務周到，前台小姐姐也就是老闆娘真的是熱情友好（老闆幫忙搬行李還給照看小明友，老闆的兒子你別看他小也是個超級暖男特別會照顧客人的小朋友！最最重要的是她家還有餐廳沒有外請廚師是老闆媽媽親自燒菜，一吃一個不吱聲直接給我香迷糊了/::＞不但乾淨還巨好吃重點是分量十足就還很平價深得我心）超級滿意的服務直接把情緒價值拉滿，真正意義上的賓至如歸（老闆還給爬華山的友友們免費提供登山杖和手套，你就説是不是很奈斯）綜上所述不得不説這家酒店的性價比是真的非常高（人美心善的老闆娘看我帶小朋友旅行超級貼心，在入住第二天時山景房有空房後還特意給免費升級了2晚的山景房）此次華山之行入住她家真的很開心着實是一次非常滿意的體驗😆關於入住景區周邊的各種擔心在她家都不存在，在山水樂居咱就把心放肚裏真的沒有坑/:8-）小哥哥小姐姐放心沖就行了⭕悄悄告訴你：她家菜都去給我吃真的超級好吃，尤其是紅燒魚塊、𰻝𰻝麪、西紅柿雞蛋麪、還有雞和兔……反正你吃就完了，就嘎嘎香賊好吃

我這人其實挺懶，基本上不怎麼評價，點幾個星星就完事，但是這次我覺得有必要得叨叨幾句。 一、老闆人真是特別好，幾乎有求必應，特別實在。非常樸實熱心的陝西大哥 二、房間緊鄰華山，由於29號大雨封山，沒爬成，老闆還給我換了個山景房，讓我過過眼癮 三、開山之前晚上老闆還給詳細講解了爬山小細節，其中華山論劍的石頭和長空棧道觀望點如果不是認真聽講可能就真錯過了，給老闆點贊 四、由於一號早上六點官方宣佈解封，我們三人一汪五點多就準備出發，老闆摸着黑開車給我們送到山腳下玉泉院登山口，非常感激！ （老闆還送了手套、水、地圖，老闆家登山杖五塊錢，用完拿回來就行！千萬別去山腳下買，最爛的那種杖山腳下賣35！泰山衡山10塊錢的那種） 登山杖一定要帶！爬山不一定用的上，但是拍照必備 來華山，住他家就完事了，放心沖

The hospitality of the lady boss is absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend people to stay here. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The boss handled my luggage and took it to my room. They offered pickup, drop-off, and transportation to places around town, but I didn't know about it, so I took the bus and walked 1.5 km to their location. The lady boss helped me with absolutely everything, taking me to Huashan, directing me to the ticket booth, and showing me a lot of useful information to buy tickets. She even took me to Huashan North Station to catch the train back to Xi'an, helping me carry my luggage all the way to the gate. Her kindness made this one of the best places I've ever had the chance to stay.

Excellent staffers provided impeccable services, especially Lee (did not get his full name but he mentioned that his grandmother was a physician) drove us around to the spas and showed us around.

Convenient Services The hotel offers convenient pick-up services from the station and the starting point of the hike, making logistics a breeze. Outstanding Hospitality Despite my late arrival, Nini showcased extraordinary hospitality. She prepared delicious food and ensured I felt welcome and comfortable. Effective Communication Communication was smooth throughout my stay. We used translation apps when necessary, which worked perfectly to overcome any language barriers. Highly Recommended I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to climb Mount Huashan. The convenient location, helpful staff, and excellent service make it an ideal choice for visitors to the area. Gomo Hotel truly enhanced my Mount Huashan experience, and I'm grateful for their support in making my trip memorable.

The hotel locates just across the station but it was not possible to walk there because of train tracks lie in between. Hotel details informed that they would provide free shuttle but reservation was required. It was hard to communicate with them about this. We asked a Chinese to talk to them from Kaifeng but communication did not get through. I think either that they don't know that they have free shuttle offer in their hotel details or they intentionally used the in formation to fish prospective customers. We ended up paying for our own shuttle and calmed down. Otherwise, the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff became friendly after we dropped the case about free shuttle.
