Great location near a lot of amazing restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast quality was also decent.
There was a brown spot near the bathtub which was a bit unsightly, but overall the cleaniness was alright. Bedsheets and everything was clean. Toilet was also spacious

A lavishly furnished hotel in the heart of Hue. Warm welcomes from all the staff followed by an introduction to a sumptuous room marked the start of an idyllic stay here. Really comfortable bed, well designed shower room. A truly extensive breakfast buffet. Everyone involved in this hotel displays utter professionalism.

The Rosaleen exceeded our expectations, a spacious clean room, loved the powerful shower, lovely organised and helpful staff, such an awesome breakfast spread and relocated right in the Walking St. They also organised a great Hue City tour for us.

We are travelling for our honeymoon and arrived at this hotel. They recommended us a great food tour which we took and it was the best choice we made in Hue. The location is great, next to the fun but still quite at night, the pool has a good view and it's good ground for any kind of trip.

Very comfortable rooms with excellent buffet breakfast, the egg omelette by chef was excellent, with nice selection of both local and continental spread, friendly staff and helpful too,and location was close to good selection of bars and eatery. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's very clean with excellent facilities all around. Would recommend this hotel to others wishing to stay in Hue. Breakfast was between 06:30 to 09:30 with lots of options available to eat. Whole process was smooth which is a credit to the hotel.

Staff listened to my concerns about the room allocated and made a change although explaining why took patience! Although in central Hue it was quiet at night but close to bars and restaurants. Pool a nice extra. Hot water was a drawback as had to wait 30 mins for it to heat in each room. After a long trip maybe the only negative consideration.

Nice room with all you need - fridge, minibar, good WiFi in the room, balcony - Swimmingpool and whirlpool. Very Nice staff Incredible breakfast with fruit, salty vietnamese food, Europe an patries... ! At night it was busy and loud on the street (music) but inside it was ok.

Friendly crew, good localization, near to the night market and the boat with light. The breakfast is amazing as the facilities. A great swimming pool and the room was very comfortable and clean. Definitely a great place to stay for a good price.

Very nice stay at the hotel, comfy beds and enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The room got quite noisy at night due to the club opposite. The hotel provided earplugs which we're okay but would recommend bringing your own too as they didn't quite fit. Great customer service throughout :)

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Rooms were large and clean. Location was perfectly central to explore Hue, only a 10 min walk down to the river. Some noise overnight from the street but not too bad. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Hue.

The welcome and reception on arrival is "top-drawer"... thank you Ann, he is not only the porter but his pleasant disposition and smile make you feel top of the world. Every time i returned to reception he would greet me by name (very impressive) :-). Hotel rooms are spacious, i ended up in a room that could accommodate 3 people... so it was huge. Clean, with a fridge and coffee station and air-con. A pool on the 3rd floor, with towels and chairs readily available loved it. Breakfast offered a wide selection of both Asian and European choices. Night-life vibrant in Hue....and all within walking distance of the hotel. Enjoyed the salted coffee at da:me`..... trendy modern spot, adjoined to the hotel used by many locals.
