Hue Serene Palace Hotel Reviews

I recently stayed at Hue Serene Palace, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The hotel is older, and while it was relatively clean, it felt quite dated. The decor and facilities are clearly showing their age, and it’s not as modern or fresh as the photos online might suggest. The rooms were tidy, but the overall atmosphere was not what I expected based on the pictures. If you're looking for something sleek and new, this might not be the place for you. Another downside was the limited breakfast. The selection was quite basic and lacked variety, which was disappointing if you're hoping for a more substantial meal to start the day. On the positive side, the location is convenient and the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist. However, the hotel could use a major refresh to match the online photos and provide a better experience for guests.

A really lovely and beautiful hotel! The interior decoration is so beautiful! It is in a great location close to every thing and the hotel staff were very friendly! There is room to park your moped at the front and the breakfast was very nice! The room was clean and the internet worked well! It was quiet at night and I slept very well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms are very clean, fully equipped, and located near the center. The staff are lovely, attentive, enthusiastic, and dedicated to supporting all issues. The accompanying services are also very good. Thank you Hue Serene Palace Hotel for giving me such a wonderful 100/10 vacation experience. I will definitely come back to this place next time I come to Hue ❤️🥰

It’s a cheap and good place to stay! I especially liked that the staff were very friendly :) As soon as I arrived, they asked me about my plans in Hue, took out a map pamphlet, recommended how to tour nearby tourist attractions, and gave me a variety of options so I could choose according to my taste. It was the best💓

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Central location - easy to visit sights, also eating/drinking. Everything we needed in terms of amenities in hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in Hue. Comfy rooms, aircon, great breakfast. Helpful staff at front desk.

It was a pleasant stay at this peaceful property. I want to mention about Sarah she is so humble and lovely lady she gave us a card and writing her name for hearing at Nook, Eatery and as they saw her name they gave one dish as free dish for our dinner. It was so nice of her. Incase I am planning to come to Hue Serene palace shall be my 1st choice.

The hotel is in a very good location and very clean with really good breakfast. The room was big and clean as well! A special thanks goes to Sarah, not only was she very kind there, but she helped us and followed us during the next part of our trip by booking buses for us! A fantastic person!! The visit is worth just for her!!

The hotel was really great. I didn't hear street sounds in the room and the room itself was very good. There was a bath and clean sheets. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. A big thank you to the staff for the very friendly and helpful service.

Excellent hôtel location . Very confortable. Extra breakfast. Welcome by very compétent and pleasant staff. Amy showed geat kidness and availability to give us all the informations necessery for our trempé and excursions. We highly recommend this hôtel.

What a gem of a hotel. Location perfect for everything but in a quiet spot. The room was large, very clean and well appointed. Bed was vast and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. What made this hotel stand out were the staff. Extremely friendly, professional and made you feel special. Would definitely return

We arrived very early to the hotel after train from Hanoi. The welcome given was lovely, staff so helpful and pleasant - we received two rooms early to shower and leave bags. This hotel is very clean, lovely Decor, excellent location. Beds comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. Best we have stayed in so far in Vietnam.

Great and clean hotel in walking distance from everything you need. The crew was very friendly and helpful, and we loved staying here. We stayed in a family room, which had plenty of space for all our luggage. We would avsolutely recommend this hotel.
