Hotel Terbaik di Hue dengan Spa

First night stayed the sink drainer is broken, water is not drain away, so standing by the tub to brush teeth. Service fix right away after notify. Second stayed, at night water spray by the toilet leaking and dripping sound is so annoying causing hard to sleep, we close the door, but woke up in the middle night to use restroom and forgot to close the door after using it, have to stand up back to close the door. It was late night and we were tired so decided to tell the service next morning instead. When we went out to lunch, walk into the elevator saw the lock operation box hanging openly, then came back 4 hours later it's still open, we was wondering if the elevator would stop suddenly.The sky bar is very hot, not open rooftop, feels suffocating with winds from the fan. The whole night only able to get 1 drink, server doesn't go around to ask if we anything, we have to go look for the server inside the bar to ask for checkout. Overall, the hotel area is centralize, very nice hotel, clean, and great hotel service.

The welcome we received was excellent seated while our host checked us in we were provided with; a refreshing iced tea drink, a banana tapioca pudding, delicious who knew, and a cooling face towel with lemongrass or eucalyptus, I’m not sure! We were talked through the resort whilst being shown the map and then walked to our room. Our room was clean, tidy and had a good selection of bath salts, shower gel and hair products and the lemongrass oil diffuser lit upon our request. I personally feel the room was a little tired and dated but it was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, great choices of Western and Asian cuisines and all very fresh. We unfortunately did not have time to use the spa other than a quick shower before heading to the airport or the pool area. Both looked welcoming, maintained & relaxing.

My husband and I spent only two nights at this hotel, but the experience was truly fabulous. We stayed in a Palace double room, which offered a breathtaking view of the Pagoda and the city. I was absolutely captivated by the stunning architecture and the elegant interiors. The expansive pool evoked the best art deco style that we have seen in Paris, combined with a unique Indochinese colonial flair that transported me to another era. I would like to extend a special thank you to Chi (Mei), who greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm and provided us with excellent recommendations

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Sungai Xiangjiang, anda boleh berjalan-jalan berdekatan untuk menikmati pemandangan / pemandangan malam. Beberapa perniagaan/restoran berdekatan yang terjejas oleh wabak tidak dibuka. Kos beca yang saya ambil ialah VND100,000 untuk pergi dan balik. Jika tidak dinyatakan, jadual perjalanan diketuai oleh pemandu. Semasa turun dari bas, pemandu sangat mengesyorkan agar lebih banyak. Belanja yang disyorkan oleh pemandu tidak layak untuk dirujuk. Penebat bunyi bilik hotel tidak begitu baik. Sekiranya ada tetamu yang bising tinggal di dekatnya, ini mungkin mempengaruhi yang lain. Kakitangan perkhidmatannya baik, dan pilihan yang disediakan untuk sarapan pagi tidaklah buruk, mungkin kerana terdapat lebih sedikit tetamu yang terjejas oleh wabak itu.

Doesn’t get better than this! Amazing staff, run by Toan! ! Great food! Wonderful location! Absolutely the best of hue! Will definitely be back! Restaurant is terrific…don’t miss the rooftop bar and the amazingly friendly staff..who cater to your every need!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great. Sadly, good things ended here. Room that I’d was on the second floor. It’s quite run-down and strange design. It had a giant kind size bed with little space to walk around. Dresser had a loud squeaky sound whenever I opened it. Outside AC units were so loud that I couldn’t fall sleep. I even shut my room’s AC.! Luckily, I brought a pair of earplugs. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel! It was the perfect stay. We loved the room it had a beautiful view of the city and all the amenities like the gym! I also had a couple of spa services there and was very pleased with the massages. We were also close by to many attractions and good food.
