We stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food.
Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

Only the luxury shuttle bus we booked from your hotel to Hoi An was terrible. The driver was unkind. It seems we were picked up for his trip at home. He picked up his wife and son and made other stops to deliver packages or smoke but not at regular stops.

The room are really well furnished and the spa is a real plus.

We arrived here from the overnight train so it was like travelling forward to the next century. This was probably the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. Tbh I didn't want to leave our room, it was so lovely. Amazing views over the city, Large pool with attentive staff - if you needed them. The breakfast had everything you could ever want.
All the staff were super efficient and helpful. Close to all the places to visit. Wish I could have stayed longer.

We booked the street view room but we were given a room at the lowest floor with view of wall of other buildings. The front desk manager kept on saying the hotel is fully booked with no other rooms available. But our friends booked through hotel directly were given a room at higher floor with nice view. Very disappointed of booking through Trip.com.

The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay.

LLoida DuenasIt was the most relaxing holiday for me. Everything from airport pick up until the day I checked out went smoothly. Thanh was the best driver and made sure we arrived at the hotel and airport safely. Ms. Cristy was amazing! If you come to this resort, you can message her anytime and she will reply to you quickly. She is very caring and attentive to all your needs.
Breakfast had a lot of options and it was really yummy. Ms. Cristy even had take away breakfast prepared for us because we went to the airport early.
Everyone at Vedana were so nice and friendly. Everyone made me feel comfortable. The room I had was so relaxing. You can watch the sunrise and the sunset and go swimming while looking over the lake. You can even choose what colour you like your pool to be!
If you come to Vedana, don't miss out on the free massages and try their room service menu. I also tried the floating breakfast and it was perfect. You can order as much food as you want.
The lady who gave me the massage was very good. I didn't get her name but she was amazing! There are also restaurants just outside the gate if you're looking for seafood. They also offer free transportation to go to Hue City.
My second day at Vedana was birthday. They really made me feel special. Everyone knew it was my birthday. Ms. Cristy prepared a birthday cake for me during breakfast and even invited me out for dinner. She works really hard to make sure all the guests are happy.
Thank you Ms. Cristy, Thanh and all the staff at Vedana. My experience there makes me want to come back again!

MMay_5_dragon- This Resort, which I found while looking for a hot water pool in Hoi An, is a boutique resort with a decent size, good management, and good service.
- You can use the public swimming pool, but you can also use the upgraded heated pool for an additional fee.
- When you check in, you get a welcome tea, and you get a dessert mixed with banana and tapiocapo.
- You can take a bath in the bathtub with a view of the river in the bathroom
- As a welcome, there were sesame snacks like traditional snacks.
- Not expensive for room service
- There are a total of five types of aroma oil that can be used for massage.
- When it was over, they served hot tea and dragon fruits.
- Tour the private garden

PPengguna TetamuI recently stayed at Hue Serene Palace, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The hotel is older, and while it was relatively clean, it felt quite dated. The decor and facilities are clearly showing their age, and it’s not as modern or fresh as the photos online might suggest.
The rooms were tidy, but the overall atmosphere was not what I expected based on the pictures. If you're looking for something sleek and new, this might not be the place for you.
Another downside was the limited breakfast. The selection was quite basic and lacked variety, which was disappointing if you're hoping for a more substantial meal to start the day.
On the positive side, the location is convenient and the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist. However, the hotel could use a major refresh to match the online photos and provide a better experience for guests.

PPengguna TetamuEs fällt uns schwer eine Bewertung zuschreiben, grundsätzlich ist das Zimmer für den Preis absolut in Ordnung und die Lage ist bis auf die Lautstärke gut.
Die Bar im Erdgeschoss (schließt um 0 Uhr) und die Straße vor dem Hotel sind ziemlich laut. Das ist aber verkraftbar.
Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, war die Kommunikation rund um die angrenzende Baustelle. Wir wurden um 21:30 informiert, dass es am nächsten Morgen um 7 Uhr sehr laut werden wird und ob wir das Hotel wechseln könnten, was für uns auf Grund der Uhrzeit nicht Frage kam. Am nächsten Morgen hat sich herausgestellt, dass das länger bekannt war.
Daher würden wir nicht mehr kommen. Man muss dazu sagen, dass wir dafür eine Preiserstattung in Höhe von 30% bekommen haben.

EEduardoI stayed on the 3rd floor. I booked a Superior Room through Trip.com and somehow when I arrived they assumed I had used another platform. I didn't mind, as long as they arrange the room that I had booked. The room was different, it was on the first floor and it didn't have a balcony. After I told them I had booked a room with a balcony they took me to the 3rd floor to a room that was noticeably smaller. I didn't mind because I was just visiting a friend and I was going to use the room just for sleeping and working online. The wifi signal is low so it disconnects all the time, at least it did in my balcony room on the 3rd floor.
My booking included buffet breakfast and it was good. They offered a combination of Western and local dishes and a variety of drinks. However, when I checked out they couldn't find my reservation. Lobby staff handed me the bill and it took me about 10-15 minutes to convince them while showing them my emails from Trip.com that the room had been already paid.
My recommendation is that if you're going to stay with them and you plan on driving around Hue, stay there! Its location is excellent and they have a parking spot for your motorbike. There are many options for restaurants, local food, shops and such nearby the hotel even if you're going to be moving by Grab. I loved the location and the food was good.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaBeyond expectations! Check in/out were breezy, and very kind and helpful receptionists, helped us with airport transfer with good price and some recommendations in this city. Hotel was modernly designed and decorated with quality fittings & furniture. It had sauna facility, no lift but staircase was enough for us. Loved the room, aircond was already on before our arrival which was a very nice gesture(it’s summer month). everything worked well and nicely designed, separate shower and toilet just not bright enough. Bathtub outside of shower room made the ambiance fancy and classy. Scooter rental available with good price, eateries and cafes around, no hassle. It’s highly competitive with the price we paid for this stay, low price with high quality. Thank you

SSarah and EricThis hotel is a great value. It’s located near many bars and restaurants, but away from the noise. You can rent motorbikes and do laundry directly with the hotel for the same price as anywhere else in town. Staff members are really nice.
Issues:
-karaoke downstairs Friday and Saturday til 10pm. Don’t plant on being home during these times.
-the alley floods with strange looking water half of the days. Careful with shoes and rolling bags!
-AC hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
We would stay here again simply because of the price.

OOne n OnlyThe manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell.
I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly.
Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well.
Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm.
You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets.
