Brand new hotel, with nice green gardens. The rooms are modern and well equipped. Direct access to the sea, even though it is not allowed to swim. The swimming pool is not so big, but not crowded, knowing that the biggest part is kept for kayak rental. The staff at the lobby and the restaurant is kind, but the lifeguards not so much. The breakfast buffet is good, with Western food, as well as the dinner. Unfortunately, no cocktail at the bars, no room service and very few choices of finger foods. The biggest downside are all the fireworks in front of the hotel, for several hours, even past midnight.

The hotel room is good and the reception services are fast and efficient, the breakfast was good although no many choices. The only problem is that the name of the room does not actually matches exactly with description they have given out, for instance when they use the word ”Sea View”. The room we got had minimal Sea View. I wish they can indicate that to the customers because I feel their services are good.

The view and location are great. We had a lovely sea view. The room was large and the beds reasonably comfortable with good new sheets. The towels were new and substantial. The large fridge was useful but the freezer was frozen up and unusable.
On the negative side, the furniture looked tacky and the wooden flooring had weirdly shrunk (unseasoned wood?) leaving wide gaps. The bathroom was functional but worn and tired looking. The sink leaked when we arrived but it was fixed fairly quickly. The room was not cleeaned nor beds made every day. They only provided two small bottles of water once per booking. The apartment block is enormous and being a fine example of cheerless cold, brutalist functionalism, confusing as it all looks exactly the same.
Re the beach. When we arrived it was packed and as the cleantel seem to like their trash artistically enhancing the beach and accomaning them as swimming buddies in the sea, was a bit icky until mid week when the vast numbers of beach artistes had left. Both the beach and the sea then became boringly clean and less entertaining.
In summary, it's cheap and cheerless and handy for the beach. It short, a glorified no frills beach hut that served its purpose

PPengguna TetamuWe booked queen bedroom with ocean view. Room was nice and view was awesome. Bed and mattress good quality and there is nice area where you can just chill and watch sunset. Room was fairly small but enough for two people to have a nice time together. Part that I don’t like is the bathroom. There is an area next to the window with a sink that you can use for cleaning your hands and washing your teeth is the morning but it’s separated from actual shower and toilet. Shower/toilet room is 1.5x1.5m. Small and not great quality and without any mirror inside.
Room itself was fairly clean but windows were smudged and I could see dust. Personally I don’t mind that but if I am paying 600+ rmb per night room should be spotless when I check-in.
On the bright side, staff was very helpful and friendly.
Deal was without breakfast and for 91$ per night I must say it was not worth it.
My score if I include the price would be 2.8/5
If price was less than 50$ dollars per night I would increase my score to 4.5/5
Overall if we exclude price it was positive experience.

Walau bagaimanapun, kemudahan hotel ini benar-benar sederhana, tidak ada kemudahan kanak-kanak, kanak-kanak tidak berpuas hati!
Tiket air panas yang hendak dihantar terpaksa dibuka jauh sekali, kira-kira 20-30 minit, tetapi jalannya sangat gelap, saya tidak berani memandu terlalu laju.
Buffet breakfast tak banyak jenis tapi supplement kena pada masanya.Malangnya, saya makan beberapa tulang rusuk kukus yang belum panas, dan saya rasa cirit-birit!
Saya berharap pihak hotel boleh menambah baik lebih banyak kemudahan pada masa akan datang, jika tidak ia akan membosankan.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel inside is much older than on the pictures but it was fine. When we booked in, we were given a different room than what we requested and paid for, but after assistance from the online staff at trip. com it was rectified.
Two major concerns were the lack of variety in restaurants and the facts that there are only two elevators for a fully booked hotel of 32 floors... We had to wait very, very long every time we wanted to go up or down for the elevator to reach us, and even then could often not use it because it was too full.
The only western restaurant (Loop) about 750m from the hotel offered very expensive drinks and was open only from 12:00. Also, some days we could only order salad there.. 🤔
When we had a parcel sent to us at the hotel, it was for some obscure reason (couriers are not allowed to deliver there..?!), sent to a store 3km from the hotel, and we had to pay 90RMB for someone from the hotel to fetch it there.. 🤔🙄
The last thing that was strange, was the advertisement inside the hotel for a western restaurant, but it was nowhere to be found. Signs pointed in the direction of the basement in Building 1 but we could not find it anywhere, and when we asked around, people were just shaking their heads..

PPengguna TetamuWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!

PPengguna TetamuNice view on the sea if you take the room in front of the sea. There rental electric bike close to on the road. There is a nice surf club just dowstairs, named APD, where you can afford beers and nice coffee hot or cold at good price, with super nice staff? LAOWAI take care, Macdonald is bit far away but they deliver to your room. Lot of seafood restaurant all around.
About room, we can t give 5 stars because we saw some cockrach, and there is just no matress...
It s missing definitly a fridge...
Well in August there is too much people so lift is always very busy. At night tourist are using a lot of fireworks, and let garbage on the beach, it s sad for the nature, but it s theirs.
Better make a big nap in afternoon cause anyway you won' t be able to sleep with this war outside until 1AM.
Don t go at the Turtle thing up the south hill, it s, just useless.
You can rent a boat that bring you to an island, but there is only this choice and water is not clear, we just saw urchin.
Still at the end we enjoyed a lot. Just a pity tourist don t know how to behave. Don t come or leave on week end since driving is a skill they did not learnt yet and streets are not ready for big ammount of people.
