Ulasan West Lake Garden Hotel

Location is very good as close to shops and scenic spot. Rooms have nice view of the famous West Lake. Clean and spacious. Value for money.

Room size is OK. Beds are good enough. Across westlake. Lobby has good coffee and tea refreshments. Abut small for lobby

It is a very nice hotel, very near to west lake, just infront of the west lake east door (dongdamen), it is also beside the walking street of Huizhou commercial pedestrian street, a lot of shopping. The room is big, renovation also new, it was an old hotel took over by a new company. Buffet Breakfast is very nice too. Lobby got free coffee and tea everytime welcome us back.

Very good location. Nice to have evening walk of west lake after dinner since the entrance is just opposite to the hotel

Very bad central air conditioning, the weather is hot and preset warm Aircon which hardly to sleep well. Very bad experience we never attempted previously

非常開心的入住體驗。我們是家庭出遊的。第一是性價比非常高，第二是服務人員好，有禮貌主動打招呼，還送了我孩子一個鴨子小玩具，我説去西湖被好多蚊子咬了，還給我風油精，精色味很美下次還會再來！

酒店位置一絕，去西湖/步行街/水東街/梅菜一條街，也非近。 房間清潔衛生，空間足夠，水壓熱力足夠，隔音滿意。 可改進的地方是我三人入住,浴室只提供了2件浴巾。 別外，我在房間內找不到wi-fi密碼，只能在前台看到wi-fi密碼，建議在房間內也應展示wi-fi名稱和密碼。

酒店位置很高，就在西湖景區大門斜對面，周圍各種吃喝玩應有盡有。 房間裝了隔音玻璃，安靜，衞生，但是面積偏小。 酒店大堂比較小，停車場也比較小，一旦客人開車多了，需要由專人停到多層停車架。 服務中規中矩，早餐比較豐富，還附帶有健身房和洗衣房。

房間超滿意，孩子們從進門就開心不已，去惠州西湖溜達完就迫不及待説要回酒店玩了，對面就是西湖，過個斑馬線就是了，去步行街和水東街也就步行幾分鐘十幾分鐘的距離，很方便。房間內衞生乾淨整潔，床柔軟舒適，很贊！

酒店地理位置很好，出門就是西湖了，房間能看到西湖，樓頂的酒吧晚上特別舒服，能看到整個西湖。酒店服務很好，點個贊。

位置優越隔離是梅菜一條街，對面是西湖入口。早餐出色。不足之處是沒有香港電視台及晚上酒店沒有餐廳供應晚市。隔隣商場也沒有美食。
