⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at Renaissance Huizhou We had an exceptional 5‑star experience at the Renaissance Huizhou from the moment we arrived until we checked out five days later. As soon as our car pulled up to the lobby, Lai Zhifei (赖志飞) greeted us with genuine warmth and helped us with our luggage, providing a luggage ticket before we headed to the check‑in counter. The receptionist welcomed us with a smile, and like many staff members throughout the hotel—whether at the front desk, reception, or the buffet—he was impressively bilingual. Check‑in was quick and seamless. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a fantastic view. It was fresh, spacious, and perfectly maintained. Within minutes, our luggage was delivered and placed neatly in the walk‑in closet. The hotel was wonderfully quiet at night, and we slept incredibly well—the bed, bedding, and especially the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay. After being seated, the host immediately offered coffee, tea, or another beverage. Having lived in China for many years, I can confidently say this is the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever enjoyed. During this visit, one breakfast item I usually look forward to wasn’t available due to the Chinese New Year holiday. I mentioned it to guest services on WeChat, and shortly afterward, Mercedes, the Director of Rooms, personally called to explain. To my surprise, the item was delivered to my room the next day—complimentary. Mercedes is elegant, attentive, and clearly dedicated to ensuring every guest enjoys a 5‑star experience. Because my wife’s family lives in Huizhou, we visit often, and I’ve stayed at several hotels in the area. None come close to the Renaissance Huizhou's quality, comfort, and service.

This hotel is perfect for Chinese New Year. On ***** New Year's Eve, it's less crowded so you can book the buffet. The view is amazing, like an aerial shot. If you're celebrating Chinese New Year in Huizhou, this hotel is a great choice.

The hotel's location is excellent, with great views of the East River and West Lake. The staff were very thoughtful; since we had a child, they even allowed us to pack some breakfast from the buffet for our little one who was still sleeping. The price wasn't expensive either. It was a very pleasant experience, and we'd definitely come back to stay again if we have the chance.

Room facilities: I booked a kids' suite on the 34th floor. It was very spacious with two bathrooms and large bay windows offering an unbeatable view of West Lake. Cleanliness: Very good. Location and transportation: Taxis were readily available and convenient for getting anywhere. Breakfast: The selection was quite comprehensive and refined, especially the bread options; a few varieties were surprisingly good. Value for money: Just over a thousand yuan, making it quite good value. Both the seniors and children were happy. Overall, a very satisfying hotel. It's also not far from large shopping malls. I'd definitely stay here again when I visit Huizhou.

I booked this room for my friends who were traveling with me to Huizhou, and they were extremely satisfied with their stay. They highlighted several thoughtful services: the Executive Lounge's happy hour dinner service was very attentive, they received a complimentary upgrade to an executive king room with outstanding experience and views, and the gym was well-maintained with a full range of equipment. The staff at both check-in and check-out were incredibly warm and helpful. The entire stay was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Huizhou.

First time in Huizhou, and my first stay at the Renaissance Hotel here. The hotel is conveniently located with beautiful scenery. It's also very close to the airport, only a 30-minute drive away.

Facilities: Everything you could ask for, just closes a bit early. Cleanliness: Very clean, excellent. Environment: Unbeatable location, amazing views. Convenient for getting anywhere. Service: Very attentive. Housekeeping needs to be a bit faster. The buffet service needs improvement!

The hotel's location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get anywhere. We four girls booked a family room, which was originally a corner suite, with one king-size bed and two single beds in the living room. The living room also had a small sofa set and a coffee table, perfect for us to gather, chat over tea, and snack. The view from the window was absolutely stunning! I regret only booking one night and definitely plan to come back again!

Stayed here on the 28th for the Huizhou Marathon, it's not far from the starting point. The hotel has very nice river view rooms, which is what I had. Facing the Dongjiang River and West Lake Scenic Area, you can enjoy the 5A-rated scenery without even leaving the hotel. Breakfast was also good. Service was top-notch.

The hotel's location is convenient; it's by the river, offering views of the West Lake scenic area and Dongjiang, and it's not far from various West Lake attractions and surrounding commercial areas. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the facilities and amenities were comprehensive. There's a hotel restaurant, and plenty of dining options and convenience stores downstairs and nearby. Ordering takeout is also very convenient, and parking is easy, though you need to scan different QR codes for above-ground and underground parking.
