"Very good value private little villa with its own hot spring and a nice garden. We chose the 89 square meter one (茶道 · Tea ) and it turned out to be a great choice —- having breakfast delivered every morning to the garden and dining there was a highlight of the stay.
Although the Intercontinental next door has shut down, we still walked around the lanes in the broader resort, and the trees, birds, flowers and architecture scene was all pleasant.
I personally enjoyed jogging around the golf courts a lot. Amazing air quality and scenic view.
Food wise — The restaurant at the hotel is simple but has a solidly comprehensive menu. Our concierge (管家 小丘) helped us order a Hakka kiln chicken delivered to the resto which I think is a must try. Enjoyed the Tofu dishes —- also a Hakka cuisine specially.
The afternoon tea and desert soup everyday inclusive in the package nicely complements the primary activity — bathing in the private hot spring there.
Overall I enjoyed the stay and would like to visit again at some point !
With high speed railway from Hong Kong, it’s so convenient to get here for the good value in hui Zhou."

前台服務響應很快給換房間處理 但是換了的房間也是沒有護髮素的… 更不要提桌子都是各種污漬…衞生是目前為止最差的
無論是前台入住…投訴處理…洗衣服務…甚至停車場停車引導人員都很好 但是後勤保潔真的有很大提升空間
ps：酒店煙味很重 電梯 走廊 房間…貼了禁煙標誌也沒用 不止是酒店 這個地區都這樣"

"優點：周邊環境比較安靜，停車比較方便，房間還算乾淨！
缺點：1、訂的是湖景房，比非湖景房間要貴，一進房間，懵了，就一扇窗户，所謂的湖景要戴眼鏡，找幾分鐘才看得到一點（見照片），
2、訂的是大酒店，結果找到對面花園酒店去了，其實也是一家，在家前台等了3分鐘，沒有人，門口的保安很負責任，進行來用對講機找前台過來，幫我們辦了入住。
3、訂的高層湖景房，給的房間不但看不到湖景，對面就是給服務員的廁所，正對着，沖水聲都聽的到。
4、訂的房間標明瞭有智能馬桶，這也是選擇這個房型的重要原因，結果只有按鍵沖水的功能，其餘都不能用，按個鍵沖水就收智能馬桶的錢嗎？
5、第一天上午10點出酒店，專門打亮了立即清理燈，下午4點回酒店，居然還沒有搞衞生，打給前台還算負責任，後面是前台來搞的衞生，我們衹好剛進房間又躲出去讓酒店搞衞生，本來想休息一下的，體驗很不好，後面看到送了幾瓶水和一盤水果，也算酒店表明一個態度吧！
還幾處讓客人體驗不好的地方，就不説了，衹希望酒店管理層加強管理吧！"

"民宿的觀海軒屋苑花園非常大和乾淨，應該算係附近最大型的屋苑和最管理最好的，陳管家很好人,解決問題好快，房間很大，好乾淨，屋苑規模很大，前面行幾分鐘就到沙灘，也很近商場，附近有太興，麥當勞，KFC, 7–11 ，華潤便利超市，邓大咀和漁米道最好食！這個屋苑沒有健身室的但是屋苑近沙灘前面有條很長的小徑可以跑步，最好睇的小徑是一直跑去黃金海岸那條。附近環境很優美。"

Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable.
Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room.
Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes.
Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

The resort itself is expansive, offering a plethora of room types, shops, and dining options, providing something for everyone. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay.
The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of choices to suit every palate. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic, and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious seaside getaway!

PPengguna Tetamu第二次入住了，性價比高，是一家新酒店，入住期間早餐很豐富，泡一泡湯泉瞬間消除旅途的疲憊，工作人員都熱情打招呼，多謝前台小翠給延遲退房，大堂的咖啡又濃又香，還有禮賓小哥哥幫忙拉行李，解放雙手實在太讚了。。

ʚʚ ღ ɞWell, where do I begin. We booked a month stay in Wei Gang Wan in Huizhou to be close to family. We travelled from Hongkong international airport in taxi (approx. 2 and half hours) to the address provided by trip.com which turned out to be the wrong address. And then phoned the customer service in the evening to be told it was the completely wrong building, we had to to get an electric scooter down with all 4 large luggages and 5 people in, luckily we had the help of family to get about as its fairly remote and there's no taxi service around. The location was adjacent to local amenities and right by the beach. But you have to have Wechat - a Chinese App) to get all the info where to go and how to get in the room. It was not straightforward as we expected especially after 30+ hours journey and at night time.
The room has a sea view but different to pictures they advertised. Asked to change to a room like the ones they had on trip.com but told not available. Overall, the rooms are acceptable clean and spacious. The TV channels are very limited as they only had very basic package and did not subscribed to any additional packages, so it'm has very limited access to the Olympics games. WiFi is slow and restricted to access to certain western apps. The TV was old and the Backlight was faulty, however it was not replaced during our stay. Another problem was the bed surface very hard like sleeping on cardboard boxes.
Despite some issues we faced, I must say the customer service was very good, they available 24/7 and always there to help.
All in all, due to the location despite some problems we will consider to stay again in the future.

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

CChidingWow hujung minggu yang menakjubkan dihabiskan bersama anak-anak. Hotel ini mempunyai semua yang kami perlukan. Taman air yang besar, dua kolam infinitif, tiga kolam renang, gelangsar, bot air untuk kanak-kanak. Bilik ini sangat besar dan luas, kanak-kanak menyukainya, mempunyai katil dua tingkat untuk kanak-kanak dan mainan yang dihiburkan untuk mereka. Sarapan pagi semuanya enak, kakitangan dari lounge lobi mereka sangat membantu, lelaki menyanyi mereka sangat menakjubkan dengan muzik Inggeris. Wanita dari nama Sembang We Amy Lin dia sangat membantu dengan setiap soalan saya dan dia menjawab dengan pantas. Bufet makan malam makanan laut satu 358 yuan untuk 2 orang berbaloi. Mempunyai banyak makanan dan tiada masa. Secara umumnya semua kemudahan dari hotel semuanya sangat baik. Kami boleh mengesyorkan 100% kepada semua rakan saya. Jika ada peluang kami kembali lagi pastinya. Kualiti dan perkhidmatan daripada kakitangan semuanya sangat baik. Wanita dari meja penyambut tetamu terima kasih. Dan pada penghujung perjalanan kami, mereka memberi kami dua ekor penyu sebagai hadiah untuk anak-anak.

PPengguna TetamuWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
