Hotel Hulu Langat dengan Sarapan

We check in this hotel on 16/9/2022 for 1 night for wedding event nearby. It was a late check in due to traffic jam from Johor. The hotel look grant from outside. The room was quite spacious. Before check in, we already call the reception to inform that we have an handicap driver who need a parking lot near to the lobby. For your info, their parking lot is located on the opposite building, multi-storey which is inconvenience for us. The receiption do give us approval to park outdoor. But when we reach the hotel, the security did not allow us to park. Even tho we did told him that we already got the approval. We have to go to the reception again, show them the prove, then the security let us park. But from the security movement and the way he look at us as if we making a crime. So terrible. It was raining day on that day, but was disappointed as no one from the hotel staff assist us with our luggages and things. Enter the room, when we wanted to use the toilet urgently, towel bowl was stained and cannot flush off. Called the room service, technician took about 20-30mins to repair. 4G internet and wifi access was very slow. In the evening, and during check out the next day, the same security kept looking at us and our vehicle. I understand that they are doing their job but please know that we didn't park there illegally. On the day of check-out, we called the reception to check whether can we request for late check-out, but instead of getting a late check-out, reception make us to check-out earlier which is before 12(the standard timing of checking out) If you are looking for a spacious room and decent area, you can come over to this hotel but if you are looking for overall good service and convenient, don't visit this hotel. You will disappoint yourself, just like i do.

Edges sinki, tabletop, shower space ade kulat². Walau xbnyk ttp ade kulatnya. 3. Parking limited utk free parking. Utk parking berbayar di belakang hotel pula agak mahal. 4 Prose Check in lambat .Beratur panjang Positif poin 1. Other than negatif poin kat atas tu..semuanya best hotel ni. 2. Staf² yang ramah dan sgt helpful 3. Breakfast was tiptop. Sedap 4. Harga hotel berpatutan 5. Location strategik, tenang.

This brand new hotel is amazing! The services are great. Big hotel room. Air-conditioner works great and the room is very clean. 100% satisfied and recommended. Free parking as you can validate your touch n go card at receptionist before exit.

It’s very rare to live in nature while you’re in the city. Well flamingo hotel in the KL did it! Super cozy and comfy room, plus complete amenities i’d say. My intention was just to relax my mind and havva me time. They had a very big lake, so serene. Glad that i chose to stay here. Breakfast wise, love that the omelette and sausages were cook freshly upon request. Oh yes their BBQ dinner was delish! Worth every penny. Anyways thank you Mr Bas for the great service during my 4 days stay. You and your staffs were so helpful and always make sure the foods were theree. This hotel was so cool but it’ll be more attractive if they can improve here and there. Would be nice if the receptionist can be more welcoming (?)

Lokasi bagus, kadar hotel yang berpatutan serta ruang perjumpaan yang tersedia membantu tetamu hotel membuat perjumpaan dengan selesa.

Lokasi resort dikelilingi bukit dan kehijauan tetapi keadaan jalan masuk ke resort tidak berapa baik. Sesuai untuk percutian pendek hujung minggu untuk keluarga atau pasangan yang mempunyai banyak perkara untuk dilakukan. Bilik hotel bersih dan kemas. Bawa air minuman tambahan jika anda tidak bercadang untuk mendapatkannya dari restoran kerana hotel hanya memberikan maksimum 4 botol kecil percuma.

Semua ok, best. Cuma air sangat slow. Air panas,kejap ada kejap takada. Pili air tak boleh tutup rapat, air sentiasa mengalir, menggangu suasana dalam bilik. Sabun mandi di bathtub, tak topup. Sarapan pagi biasa² sahaja. Kena pelbagaikan menu.

The room (816) is spacious, clean with all basic amenities in the washroom, working air conditioner plus iron and ironing board, fridge and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Good view of the southside of Kajang town, MRT and KTM tracks is available from the room size glass window. The staff are helpful and meals are tasty and ontime. Only pool maintenance and in-house entertainment need upgrading. Poor TV signals have persisted for many years judging from previous remarks.
