Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman yang menyenangkan walaupun kami menginap hanya untuk 1 malam. Lokasi dan persekitaran sangat cantik, terutamanya dengan anak sungai yang mengalir melalui kawasan tersebut. Bilik bersih dan selesa walaupun ada beberapa isu. Satu soket kuasa diletakkan dengan agak janggal pada bingkai bilik. Setiap kali ingin merebus air, seseorang perlu membawa cerek elektrik ke soket dan meletakkannya di atas lantai. Menyediakan kord sambungan tentu akan sangat membantu. Pintu bilik tidak dilengkapi dengan sistem kunci. Pintu hanya boleh dikunci dari dalam dengan menggunakan tali yang diikat pada tombol pintu dan bingkai pintu. Seseorang tidak dapat menahan perasaan tidak selesa dengan pintu bilik yang tidak berkunci apabila keluar meninggalkan bilik kosong. Bilik dilengkapi dengan bilik mandi peribadi tetapi terletak berasingan di luar bilik. Privasi terjejas terutamanya bagi wanita apabila masuk dan keluar dari bilik mandi. Laluan pejalan kaki umum yang digunakan oleh orang lain terletak sangat dekat dengan pintu masuk bilik mandi.

Tempat yang sangat bagus!

Kemudahannya tidak seperti yang diiklankan. Tiada bola jeruk, gelongsor pelangi dan aktiviti seperti yang disenaraikan. Tempat barbeku tidak diselenggara dengan baik dan tiada peralatan makan. Sarapan pagi selesai sebelum jam 9 pagi dan tidak mencukupi untuk tetamu.

Cafe waktu sgt limited mlm dah takde. Dapur pun ada 2 pilihan makanan shj. Blh tambah lagi menu kot. Bilik kalu ada minibar fridge mmg bagus lah.

I give 1 star because the room & toilet are clean & comfortable. What’s supposed to be our healing nature relaxing girls’ trip turned into a nightmare! 1. dangerous. two people fell while sitting on your healing chair because the cloth was torn. Don’t say the person was heavy, the two who fell were skinny. One of them was holding a baby! Even us young people are sick, imagine if it was an old person who got hurt. 2. there is no standby staff?! We want to ask for anything and ask for help and we don’t know who to call. We messaged and called all the numbers and no one answered. Just throw the phone away!!!!! 😤🫵🏻 but on social media we play uploading stories and uploading new posts. We have to knock on your staff’s house ourselves to ask for anything. 3. the bbq pit is not washed at all, they let us use a crusty net! They said the bbq setup was at 6pm but there was nothing even at 7pm. We have to knock on your staff’s house again to ask for the bbq setup. With utensils, plates, cups, everything is not there. next time don't write if it's not available 🙄 4. expensive but not worth it. I guess we pay this much so that you guys pay influencers to make paid reviews that are just beautiful, right? The pool is murky green and then they use AI to beautify the picture, they want to charge rm900 a night. The river doesn't say anything, you have to worry about dipping your feet. The shower water is not available for a while. They didn't even give us the room key for this rm900 room! The staff is invisible so I don't know who to ask. We really just hope that God will protect our room. 5. Does the air conditioning follow the weather outside? If it's hot outside, just turn off the air conditioning and it won't work at all. But if it rains / the night is crazy cold. It's ridiculous. Don't come here, guys, it's a waste of the devil's practice. All the advertised activities don't exist! It's said that if you want healing, it's better to go to a 5 star hotel that really treats you like a king. 1st & last step here!

The service was bad. Went to ask if breakfast was ready, the lady chef responded rudely with a big no..she is as per photo. Stayed at the riverside unit but doors do not come with locks so is a security issue. The workers smoked everywhere. The pool is not clean at all. Looks like no maintenance done. Would not recommend to anyone to come

Overall place was good, location wise, amenties. Customer service can be improved. Satisfied with the food, home cooked taste, fresh.
