The condo was better than in the pictures and the beach was great as well as the pool.

The place was nice and peaceful. There were a few things that I wasn’t happy and it was accessible to charge my devices in the bedroom also the power went out in the night for about an hr. No breakfast accessible either at the time I checked out. But overall is nice place with great views.

Ricardo and in registration desk area the people were friendly the situation was the Villa no one tells us it has a lot of stairs to get in and out and in the Villa the beds are worst the room need to give maintenance to the closet door of the master room and in the kitchen the knife were not sharpen so they are very dangerous and we will need a cutting board and the salt and sugar souvenirs are old with humidity. The promotion was not satisfied, it did not meet our expectations.

It was a pleasant vacation. Things that bothered me: there was only one pool because of some kind of repair and they never mentioned this at check-in. The a/c in the villa's room was EXTREMELY cold and even when we set it at a higher
temperature it wouldn't change. You either had to turn it off for a while or just take the freezing cold and not sleep well. The beds are not comfortable. Other than that, it was a fun vacation.

Upon arrival we did get early check in that was the good.. Now to the bad.. The place needs updating.. It is Dated for such a nice neighborhood.. Both TVs ate dated and aren’t smart TVs so no option of streaming anything and no USB connections.. Then the remotes didn’t even work. No ice on property anywhere.. The Wi-Fi was hard to set up and once we got it connected was very slow and choppy.. Then I called the front desk for help got no answer after almost 10 minutes I hung up and had to get up and walk to front desk.. for such a big place the pool was very small.. My stay was very disappointing..
